I love how the Ravens have such a college atmosphere to it. I've been to a few different pro stadiums and there's a clear difference between the atmosphere of the NFL and a big name College's gameday. But the Ravens find a way to split the difference and it's just so fun

Everything about this organization is top notch! Every single aspect of the NFL experience is top notch. They don't need a $5B stadium to give you a great experience. They need passion, commitment and entertainment to give you that and more. The best run organization in the NFL period.

They do. Pretty much all non-playing personnel will receive a ring. It will not be as fancy as the players and coaches and executives rings. It probably cuts off at salaried workers. Hourly workers At the stadium will probably not get rings. Bisciotti always says it starts with the behind the scenes teams so the staff can do their job and the team can focus on winning not what's missing or doesn't work. They are highly appreciative of the support personnel that's why so many of them have been there since 96.

As a fan of football, you really appreciate the behind the scenes look at the staff,assistants, tv crew, cooks, players, owners and most of all the diversity of the fans and mascots. It's humbling to see the love, hard work, preparation and dedication for the love of football. Continue this as a series, I want to see the cheerleaders too and what happens after the super bowl (winning and losing teams). I have a new found respect for the Ravens franchise. This was a good segment.

I felt like a little kid watching this. Man, the energy of everyone from the staff to the team to the fans is amazing!!!!! AT THE BANK!!!!!!!!

On the one hand, ticket prices to NFL games are insane. On the other hand, you have to be impressed at how they go out of their way to make each game day experience as amazing as possible. Even a week 17 game that is totally meaningless when it comes to the playoff picture is treated like a mini superbowl. I like how they never seem to forget that there are fans in the stands that can only afford to go to one game every few years or so. They really make that one game a memorable one.

Really love these behind the scenes videos that show how much work goes into getting the stadium game ready 🙌👏👏👏

I love how the organization really enjoys each other, I work security at the eagles stadium and it can get very hectic. But just to see everyone smiling and enthusiastic makes the job much easier and more enjoyable.

This was absolutely amazing. Right from the start i was excited. Gotta be thankful for all the stadium workers, i love all the prep that makes the experience worth the ticket price!

Props to these hard workers! They put in all this work to make sure everyone has an amazing game, whether it be playing on the field or watching it!
