This game was 13-7 at Halftime. The Patriots were 72-0 at home when entering Halftime with a lead in the Brady era up until this point. Yes you heard that right. 72-0. At the end of the game, Terell Suggs was heading to the locker room and said "Have fun at the Probowl, Arrogant f***s". This was a special Ravens team. This 2023 team is gonna do the same.

I was 15 years old and a high school sophomore right outside Baltimore for this one. The catharsis when we beat down the Pats in their stadium and finally got to the Super Bowl was CRAZY.
When the ravens lost the chance to have a Super bowl rematch with the giants in Indianapolis, I was crushed, but looking back on it now, it was a blessing in disguise: Cundiff is no more and Justin Tucker has arrived.

I remember in 2nd grade. I was a die hard ravens fan and my little brother was a die hard steelers fan. we used to fight all the time about it. my dad made a deal with us that whoever’s team made it to the super bowl first, he would take them as long as they could pay for their ticket. 3rd grade rolls around and i had around $400 saved. we’re playing the pats in the championship and the kick goes wide right. i thought it was never going to happen for another 10-15 years. i was so heartbroken. The very next year we do this and my dad found a way to make good on his promise, even though we were still living with his grandparents and mom. seeing the ravens win the super bowl was the greatest childhood memory of my life. you couldn’t possibly make a 10 year old more happy. thank you ravens and thank you dad 🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛
Ray Lewis propelled his team to such an improbable postseason run including a “Mile High Miracle” moment and helped the Ravens secure their second Lombardi Trophy in their 34-31 victory over the 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII and in his final game before retirement! Talk about momentum and mental toughness to take your team further into the postseason and win it all with massive talent!

This was also Wes Welker's last game as a Patriot and in the 3rd quarter he had a big key drop on that 3rd down. That drop was worst then in the Giants vs Patriots SB46 because in this game that throw Brady made to him was good but in SB46 that was more on Brady because it was a little bit behind him. But on the plus side he played really well in this game with a TD and over 100 yards receiving.

Well, Lamar & Co choked facing Mahomes and the Chiefs. They are slowly becoming the AFC's version of Dak Prescott and the Cowboys. And this is coming from a Ravens fan who saw Flacco beat Brady in their house in 2012. Flacco would have done better than what happened Sunday.
Thanks to Playoff Flacco. The Ravens get their revenge 12 years ago & continues Ray Lewis' "Last Ride" to Superbowl XLVII!!!
Colts/Pats & Ravens/Steelers get most of the headlines for being the best rivalries of the 2000's but Colts/Ravens & Pats/Ravens were great too. Chargers/Colts was also really good.
Super Bowl 47 was great, but I think it would have been just as good if the Patriots and the 49ers squared off. Would have been neat to see a rematch between the niners and the pats after that amazing regular season game.

Well, that ended pretty well on Sunday. As always in the Jackson era, the Ravens & Lamar choked on the national stage against the Chiefs. As a Ravens fan, it was a bad embarrassment for Baltimore to host its first AFC-titled Championship game for the first time in its history, having only ego, emotion, and undisciplined behavior to end their run. This will hurt for a very long time and fans need to wake up to all lingering issues in the Jackson era.
@victorcarter5690

I do believe that there could have been more discipline on the field and some plays the Ravens allowed the chiefs to get into their heads but with that being said, the refs were not calling all penalties like they should have. I am for a fair game but as a Ravens fan myself that was not a fair game. At anytime when there is unfairness or favoritism one out of the two teams will always have the upper advantage.
