Wtf was that drive? Down by 10, less than five minutes and the Eagles offense taking their sweet ass time. Must’ve been incredibly frustrating for Eagles fans watching it while it was happening.

The NFL was dominated by four powerful teams that season. The defending SB Champion Patriots, the 15-1 Steelers, the Colts with MVP Peyton and the best team in the NFC the Eagles now with TO. The Patriots had to defeat all three of them en route to this SB victory. The toughest competition in postseason history in my view.

2004 Patriots are an all time great team, perfect balance of staunch defense, deep passing, and physical running. The addition of Corey Dillon, Brady’s own improving deep ball, and the still-ferocious defense. The 2007 team was similar but the run game wasn’t as good and the defense was older; this 04 team itself easily could have gone 16-0, they lost in Pittsburgh week 8 without Dillon or Deion Branch, had they won that game I doubt they lose to Miami on MNF if they come in 13-0.

The front 7 could always be coached up, but the secondary couldn't play man at that time pre-Talib and they just couldn't stop anybody no matter how much smoke and mirrors Belichick schemed up. That core of drafted guys around that time like Jamie Collins, Hightower, Chandler Jones, and Devin McCourtey gave the Patriots their defensive identity back that they had lost. Wilfork and Ninco were there through all that bullshit and then you add Revis and Browner with Logan Ryan and Malcolm Butler as their backups and McCourtey able to move to Safety and the Duckboats were back. Shoutout to Jonathan Jones and obviously Gilmore who both came around later too.. Awesome video. I have to say this is how a highlight video of a game is done! It doesn’t bother me if it’s a little longer, this is what you want to see in my opinion. You showed almost all of the downs for each drive but still kept the video moving fast with cutting to the next plays quickly. You also showed the refs call on the field after a flag is thrown! So many times I see a highlight video and the flag is thrown but then they don’t show the outcome of the flag and what happened. I felt like I watched the entire game in only 30 min! Very well done. The only thing I wish you did was show more of the celebration after the game! Lol Great video!

@@PeanutButterAndJellyBros how? you couldn't beat the chiefs in the super bowl cause you've blown a 10pt lead in tthe 4th quarter. you lost to the rams in almost a same situation. you blew a 10pt lead in the 4th quarter. i can't take your niners seriously with all these blown games you guys had over the past few years.

The Eagles would of won this if McNabb didn't party too hard the night before.

Reid and the Eagles being so nonchalant in the last 4 mins is such a "tf you doing" moment

This era was so great! The NFl needs Dana white as the next commissioner. Goodell has ruined the NfL. Players aren’t allowed to criticize the league/ officials. NFL and NbA players have reached out to UFC fighters and said they wish they could have free speech. This era and earlier, anything went.

Winning back to back is better than winning any other sb. The greatness of this patriots team only grows as no one else has won back to back since and honestly i don't see it happening again for a long time.
