“When you set up such rigorous demands you set yourself up for failure”. That’s so true! I tried to change my diet several times and failed. It turned out I wasn’t eating enough as well. O well lesson learned. I’m more flexible now lol. I noticed that I’ve been less hungry since I quit drinking pop too. That’s the one thing I’m never touching again, because I feel way better without it.

I've been struggling to change my diet since freshman year and I'm a senior right now. I also found that slowly cutting out the junk food is the way to get a sustainable healthy diet and also replacing your fav foods with healthier versions!👍🏽

Girl tell me about it ! I’ve finally set myself up onto a healthy lifestyle I never understood how people did it but it’s because I always tried to force myself to never eat anything that was considered “bad” it just made me want it more lol now I get to enjoy some of my fave foods a couple times a week and they can be the healthier version or just less than what I used to have 🤷🏽‍♀️ and I’ve been able to maintain my weight since I lost it

This was one of the best food diaries I’ve seen! I loved how he detailed the purpose behind every meal but it was true to him and food that was realistic for everyone to consume. Everything in balance!

My sister moved to nyc for almost 10 years now, she never cooks her meals at home at all 😂 she mostly dines in different restaurants for weekdays dinners & weekends meals, she is fan of brunches 🤨 and orders for delivery both weekdays’ breakfasts and lunches 🥰 As she said nyc has millions of cafes and restaurants; it’s shameful not to try them 🙈 Btw, she stays fit too as she changed her gyms every 3 months 😂 as she prefers to discover the city well through food & exercise The nyc lockdown most probably makes her going nuts 🤪

The referee even called him out for it and then he did it again! Haha. The people involved said they think he's probably just hyper competitive and not like an asshole or anything but it wasn't a good look. I still like him a lot though! He's great :)

It’s for certain people. I have always hated food before midday, unless I make sure to not eat dinner the night before. Point is I think some people are born able to fast and some should stay away

I love these.....I watch 3 Day in life Korean vloggers.....I love seeing going to grocery store, I love seeing go to gym, I love to see ppls organized closets and nice bag collections, I love decorating like home decor.
