You become overweight by loosing control of your food, and letting it dictate your eating habits. Being a chef is the exact opposite of that: complete control over your food.

Joshua said it himself that he was a lead cook. I also watch Gordon Ramsay so I used to define pro chefs as people who actually went to culinary school, because Gordon absolutely hates self-taught cooks who call themselves pro chefs like Jamie Oliver. But now when I started watching Joshua, I'm a bit more flexible on the definition of chefs because I approve him as a chef in my heart. YESSSSSSS my boy Joshua knows about 888! As another native Austinite, can confirm. 888 is delicious. 😋 Love how down to earth and relatable he is. I love people who love food.

I’m sorry.. I had no idea who this Chef was.. I had been on a 5 year weight gain bender and lost track of good food and wonderful chefs. It happens.. but I figured the pandemic was a good opportunity to take off the weight, get back to exercise & my love of fabulous food and the incredible people who prepare it. I’M BACK.. yay.. weight off, feeling strong again! My video watching has changed too.. I’m all about food travel and healthy real food again. So here comes a suggested video and in walks this really interesting chef, who I didn’t know (it’s embarrassing.. I admit) but really want to learn about now. Fun video! And when he said he’d travel all over for a really good shot.. I was all in!
