This is the most relatable one yet! It seems like what everyday, ordinary people eat. Some health conscientious and some not so much. I like the balance. 👌🏻
This guy’s got a great sense of humour 😬 He doesn’t take himself too seriously, I like that!
Being from the small Italian region where Pasta alla Norcina comes from, I'm really happy for the indirect shout out. Babish's version is really interesting, but it'd be even better with mushrooms added to the cream and sausage sauce and maybe with parmigiano instead of pecorino (that much pecorino can be really overpowering flavour-wise and can mess up the dish in terms of salt).
Okay I love his vibe, and passion for food
editing made this video awesome! seeing all the things he was talking about made it so much more... hmmm, hungry making? and also good... mmmmm tea.
People always asked me if I taste soap while eating cilantro and I would always tell them it tastes like burnt tires, and they would think I was crazy or lying. I'm strangely happy that Babish of all people shares this disgusting thing we taste.
