And IIRC he also had a video with her in it where he made some stuff for her. He's talked about it a fair amount, actually.

Have you considered sourcing different food trucks? They can individually be responsible for all the different food groups.

That way you can cook, see everyone at the wedding and everyone gets to try some of your delicious food. Main meal should be left to caters though so you can enjoy the night.
