My experiance with relators that specialize in hunting land, especially deer hunting land, is that they DRASTICALLY increase the asking price. They price the average guy out of that land. Here in my area they TRIPLE the price of what other properties in the area go for and then other properties start going up!! It's often not even the greatest hunting land. The prices they want are astronomical. I think it's just crazy greed of the agents.
