The biggest thing that I believe about the house market and real estate in general is that with insurers pulling out of nine states slowly due to weather and fire issues will cause a bigger problem for over all economy. If commercial and residential landlord are unable to get affordable insurance then businesses and rents would loose their housing and restaurant lose their space. What is the answer to the insurance problem.also Many of counties have over assessing houses.

They won’t “lose” anything. From an economic standpoint those increased costs will be priced into the housing market. What this means is expect the real estate market in these areas of higher insurance to see the biggest drop in values.

One of the problems with Jeremy Grantham's analysis is that is timing model does not work. According to the new book, The Bubble that Broke The Bank the real estate timing model is the better model than his price model. You will lose a fortune prematurely without an accurate real estate model based on empirical real estate prices.

Do not sell anything because market crash come and go if you sell everything and wait for the correct time to invest again then that time never come because you cannot predict the market so the best thing you can do is just wait and if you have some capital you can invest when there is a correction like 5-10-15% which will average out your total position so please do not even think about to pull out your money from the market

This guy is brilliant, I would love to sit down with him. The one thing he doesn’t consider is the real value of the dollar. I’m concerned that in the next 10 years, the dollar will functionally fail. You can’t run $2 trillion deficits too much longer until the market will respond. Once it does respond, the dollar will tank as investors realize hyperinflation via likely increasing of M2 is required. At that point assets that hold their value become coveted. Whether it is a house, gold, bitcoin or stock. I think the big money is ahead of this and why we’ve seen the stock market, gold prices and housing market explode. In a perfect world, I think if you can buy assets right before interest rates deflate it would be ideal.

Any interest rate rise can take more than 18 months before it bites into the economy. New mortgages are comparatively expensive as are business funding loans, and credit card interest rates make borrowing unaffordable. When unemployment rises in 2025 the housing bubble will pop and most of the Wester world's economies hinge around it.

It's almost useless to compare historical trends in my opinion. The market is so drastically different now for 2 reasons. Way more small players, and faster info transfer. More globalized. Ai probably runs a bunch of it. That's more than 2. Completely unpredictable.

there are many in the u.s that are about to understand how good they had it, i fear those that have no experience of severe austerity will struggle to cope, we live in a country that feels hard done by when they don't have a motor vehicle at 16, take out food is not considered a luxury, menial workers get more per hour than anywhere on earth, and government supplemental income is at a staggeringly high level, 2025 after the deficit is revisited, there will be an eruption of insanity, and we have an election/selection to come before that, it won't be pretty and many millions will be broke very quickly because the majority of workers live way above their means, we aren't used to such harsh times here, not many many decades.

These are all cryptos that support the world economic forum. Xrp will be the bridge used to build the One world digital currency to enslave us all. I won't buy any of these cryptos. They are all complicit with the world economic forum agenda. You will own nothing and you will be happy. Remember that. I will not betray free societies with those suggested cryptos no way.

What about the person with only 5000.00 of saving in checking account, suredly he can NOT risk that in any investment. And bank is about to steal that from him too if he leaves it in running account. Everybody talks about buy gold, silver, precious metall, but this induvidual cant risk his little cash to that gamble. I would like the financial experts to advise the average Joe and not just the ones with tens of thousands in their account.

And watched the price go from $50.00 dollars a coin from 2011 to 2017 down to $14.00 dollars a coin for silver American eagles. I sat for years on that mound of stash only to watch it go down and manipulated. All markets can be manipulated especially gold and silver. I could not get on a plane with 750 pounds of silver and gold, but I can walk out of this country with millions in my pocket without any red flags with Bitcoin. I'm sick of being held hostage by a government that criminalizes our wealth just so they can try an confiscated. You cannot even drive across our own country with large sums of cash without the cops trying to seize in on our own HWY's. They have criminals legal currency in the name of the war on drugs. Will I don't do drugs, never have and yet if I carry to much I am a criminal in the eyes of the law. You can't keep your money in the bank without them making laws stating "ALL DEPOSITORS ARE UNSECURED CREDITORS' so at any moment they can just keep your money in the bank if they like and you have no legal recourse to retrieve it. I like the idea of being mobile. I like the idea of walking my wealth out of this country if the shit hits the fan. This is real FREEDOM.

its about context. Also gold is not really Roman Empire. The main currency was copper, and yeah depending on the context I would take that over cash. Silver was the main currency of Europe. Gold has rarely been a currency. Its a savings asset and far less transitionally minded than other currencies.

Don't buy buttcoin. It's a pyramid scheme, and if you buy now, you'll enter the bottom. Suddenly it has lost a lot of value It has happened before and will happen again. I understand the desperation, because what does one have to do to ensure that inflation does not erode the value of one's money. But one thing is certain, and that is that buttcoin and gold are not the solution. There are a lot of sharks that are just waiting for enough wretches to put their money in buttcoin and gold and then sell them off, leaving the rest with worthless gold teeth and buttcoin.

Although the market isn't so stable at the moment, it isn't as sick as some people have made it look... In all honesty, as a beginner who knows next to nothing, I have made over $45k just in a couple of months... I'm a retiree, and I am using these extra resources to help pay for odds and ends that I want.
