@@keithfurlow5024come on Keith. Same age as me and I've had back surgeries, and rheumatic arthritis. I still climb them for a basket of mangrove snappers! Mmmmm.....yummo. I got to get back down there.
Always great to be catching fish in front of the charter guys.

I cussed one out cause he came in right in front of me after that second (im pretty sure it was a shark) i was putting another rig on, and he pulls up! I told him the back of your boats right where ive been casting, i then call them so cussy word names) he says ok ok im moving. First cast after he moves i caught a monster sheepshead, its easily 22”! And it was shrimp from the beach bums!
My heart is broken. I’ve been trying to get back for over 30 years to Florida. End of the jetty on rocks, would’ve been no problem. But now, I’m 77 years old. I have another knee replacement. That’s needs to come up pretty soon. But I know myself. I may not be able to walk all the way out on the jetty, but I’m going to do the best I can. I miss fishing so much. I miss fresh fish whatever I want it.. then there is the crabs and shrimp. The laws have changed so much. My head is spinning. It is difficult for me to be an armchair fisherman. Meantime, I can live vicariously, even if it is not as satisfying as doing it yourself. Hooking that fish and bringing it in.

I hear you bonnitaclaus. I had knee surgery in January and now it's just fishing from flat ground for me. Hope you get a chance to get out.
I love cleaning up from shore in front of a bunch of boats. lol. Great job as always Brant.👍🏻🇺🇸
I have learned fish bite when your back is turned to them. I think they don’t like being disrespected 😅
I have told this is the slowest spring break except for covid year this century.
I’m from TN and down for a few days. I stopped by the store today and man you guys have a great set up. Your associates are awesome and very helpful.
Glad you didn't do angler down on those rocks! Like the counters and backsplash.. very nice!
Nice catch. ❤❤❤❤❤
Suggestions? Like to see the You...the bum and the beard hitting the road and fish the Sebastian Inlet or back to SWF
Your outdoor kitchen looks great.....nice catch & cook
You have the best life Brant !
It would be nice if they leveled out the top of the jetty there to make it easier fornus old guys to make out to the end. I see some Texas based videos where they are set up like that. Tight lines dude!

Texas has a lot of quarried granite jetties. That’s how they have that shape and built in rod holders a lot of the time.
Did the same here in NC and waters not quite warm enough still had a blast can't wait to come down and fish some of the spots you've shown thanks for the video
don't know about sitting down to catch more fish but I always grab something to eat or look the other way always work for me!
Iv'e walked the Jetty at Wiggins Pass in Napels dangerous but a;way good fishing!
I’ve never fish saltwater, but love the videos, mainly because it accessible fishing to anyone. Hope to do it sometime.
Nice, I can't wait to get down there in May. I will be in Panama City Beach. Hope that I will be able to catch some nice fish. Take care and keep up with the videos. I love watching them.
Awesome video! We are coming in May- hope to maybe see you at BeachBum Outdoors- going to need some setup!
As usual, a great video. What it should show everyone is that , no matter your age, successful fishing is hard work. BUT FUN.
Brant I wish I had the same luck as you. I fished off the pier in Galveston, tx. It was windy and the waves were strong and all we caught a few whiting and hard head catfish. Oh well maybe next time.
I am impressed. Well done
Yes sir !!👌
Love beach bum outdoors!
I’m not much into fishing these days….but love your videos….so entertaining. Been rv’ing most of the time….we will be camping nearby end of May….gotta checkout you store.
Great video...
At least the ocean is pretty calm there on the jetty.
Your fun to watch thanks for making these lit videos 👍
Appreciate your enthusiasm ❤❤❤ Amazing content
Great video
Love what you're doing. Learning more each video
I’m catching a bunch specks right mostly undersize but few big ones mixed in under the lights they just now starting to show up going back tonight to try some now twitch baits I got from the boat show this past weekend definitely need to make a video soon!
Excellent! Still living vicariously through your videos... Crappie about to spawn here. Looking forward to it.
Nice sheep head man . Glad to see you posting
“Alright, you can unsubscribe now…” 😂😂😂
I just got back from the jetties! Afternoon trip first time fishing i did awesome 3species and 2 whopper sheepshead! But that walk is freaking treacherous! Im 53 did it in flipflop no backpack (cause i forgot to grab them)! And 2 dozen shrimp from these bums! But for first time i freaking did pretty good! Hooked 2 “things” that ripped my line off!
Nice work love to visit there one day
Nice video
We have been staying in Perdido Key on vacation and have a blast surf fishing. I got into it because of you and the bum and have learned a ton from you guys. Keep up the great work!
I love watching your videos and am jealous of your ability to fish year round. Up here in NH we don't have the numbers nor the species of fish to go after. When the ice finally goes out on July 28 and is back in solid by August 2nd it makes for a short season, ha ha ha. I have friends in Florida but I don't understand how they can live on the surface of the sun for so many months a year. It must be a Southern thing, LOL -- den
Angler Brant 🔥🔥🔥I live in Pensacola when the next time u fishing would love to fish with on the docks!! Awesome vids 🔥🅿️
Those jetties are where I got into one of the most action-packed Spanish Mackerel bites I’ve ever had a couple summers ago. They seem to hold fish pretty much year round
Looks like the fish are sporadic in biting. Good sheepshead though, enjoy that thang!
Thanks for all your videos, very helpful. Hope to run into you in Navarre sometime. If you ever want to fish East Bay, I have a spot I can take you.
Brant, could you please check out the Causeway(Mobile/Spanish Fort,AL) and then down through Daphne, AL to Fairhope, AL along the bay.
good stuff, sheephead he good eatin good vid staysafe..
Man i just want to go fishing. Hopefully i can come visit you at the store one day.
You-all catching Spanish mackerel an letting them go but in Trinidad and Tobago Spanish mackerel is $6 usd per lb man insane anyhow great content bess man . bless.
Be cool to see you do a river catfishing video. Maybe yellow river?
Mr Brant we love your channel! We’re coming down to fish this weekend from Alabama🤗 Where is the spot you were fishing?
Hey Brant, what's your setup , I tried that same spot last year and wasn't getting bit. I will be down next Thursday to try again.

Just the rocks are a killer
I've only tried Jetty Fishing once, and I was not happy. So I wont do it again. But, if I did, I'd use my ten foot rod and 20 pound test. I like catching fish :) But its still cold and winter out where I live. Maybe in a month, or so I can start fishing. Tight Lines and stay sharp. P.S. Try coating with Corn Meal, it will make the fish taste better.

I’ve used cornmeal in a lot of vids recently. I just like to mix it up.
I love your videos, whether it salt water or fresh, it doesn't matter to me. I would like to know if you've done deep sea fishing. You probably have. I would like to know what that is like. Shoot a video if you will.
Man, I'm lucky where I live in Australia. If there are more people than just me it's to many😂 Great videos mate.

Jetty spikes for your shoes. You'll be glad you did.
What can you catch from the jetty in September?
Hey Brant, why pass are you talking about where these jetties are at??
Did you see any hermit crabs on the rocks yet?
siting down hides your shadow
What's your setup?
GOOD SHOW
Iook's like the boats were getting closer when you were catching fish.
Walking in this jetties scare me everytime lol
What jetty's are these? Destin,Pensacola?
There were times I'd be out with my friend who was a flats captain and we would see guys crushing the fish from a bridge or jetty. I would think if I was paying $500-$1500 (for time or type of fishing) these guys would spend $20 on bait and catch more. AT TIMES still a funny thought
Brant... where do you put your keepers when you are out there??? Normally I just see you bring your live bait bucket but it doesn't look big enough to carry some of the fish you bring home... just something i always wondered about lol

They rocks extend way out under the water
That looks like an ankle and knee crusher lol
Wouldn’t be nice if the state would pour a 3 foot slab of concrete down the middle of the jetty. Save a lot of accidents
I cant do those jetties anymore. Just to old and bad knees.
We need some golf course videos 💪

No
It would be so nice and practical if they would pour a concrete or asphalt cap on that jetty so people could walk out there and fish without trying to break a leg. Doesn’t require a lot of thinking or probably that much money the communities that are forward thinking in Southport I’ve already figured out how to do that. Why are we always behind everybody else?
