I really appreciate these videos, can only think there’s many of us who can’t afford boats, charters or expensive equipment yet still like to fish. You show it can be done almost anywhere. Thanks!

Thanks for the video. A little piece of advice: next time you deep-fry your fish put it on wire rack and NOT on paper towels. When you put it on the paper towels the fish is still oily and keeps sitting in its own oil. In this case the crust underneath gets oil-soggy rather than crunchy.

Never miss an episode. Keeps reminding me of one of my biggest mistakes I made. I had a choice of duty stations when I was in the U.S. Navy, early eighties. Pensacola or San Diego. I chose poorly. Love all y,all videos.

"Try all kinds of batter." Have you ever used pancake batter? I use the dry pancake flour when I fry fish. I find that it adds an amazing amount of flavor with the perfect sweetness without being heavy or overpowering.

Cannot believe that you didn't consider an UNDERMOUNT sink. Your granite people should have coached you on that and with a little effort could have installed that drop-in sink to the underside of the slab after dressing the sink-hole. Squirting all the fish cleaning crap onto the floor is going to generate a huge fly problem. Oh well, it's YOUR house, not mine.

Freshwater sheepshead ain’t a bad fish. Everybody says they’re nasty and they really ain’t nasty at all. They eat mostly live bait and they’ll eat worms like a catfish so how nasty can they be. They eat just fine
