If you quit sugar and are still eating a lot of carbs, that means you are still eating sugar. Lower your total daily carb intake to 1/5th. You will lose a lot of weight but your energy will double and will walk free.

Avoid all rice, wheat, millets, oats, quinoa everything from your diet...then include potatoes, sweet potatoes, green banana, raw jackfruit, elephant yams alike root vegetables in your diet for carbs intake ...and follow plating method...low carb, enough protein, good fats and fiber....this is am following.....bcz some are say Oats ,quinoa, millets are okay....but am avoiding all...bcz when we have poor digestion, it's better to have plant based carbs, cooked...and avoid raw salads .....better cooked veggies until you heals.....then include slowly....if you are bloated or indigestion, again back to elimination....but don't follow any diet more than 2 to 3 months......and reintroduce very softly....like rice porridges,in most digestible form....And most basic rule for repair is,eliminate, detox, heal and supply probiotics and prebiotic, maintain a healthy lifestyle....
