I understand what you mean. My first spiritual dog was a 125 lb long Hair Shepherd named Max, a rescue from an abuse situation when he was a year old. He was scary smart, gentle but protective if necessary, very wise, and he knew what I wanted or emotionally needed without my speaking. He loved and cared for all infant creatures, especially children. I could send him, my two sons and their friends to the park and know they were safe. After he passed, at 14, I dreamed he was running with a wolf pack. I also felt like a lost a piece of myself. We’ve had some very smart, sweet dogs since him but none quite on his level. Our current Boxer rescue is that dog for my husband and very similar to Max. He has developed the dog version of Lou Gehrig’s and it is breaking our hearts. We will soon have to make that final decision so he does not suffer. We nicknamed him Einstein dog because he tries to figure out how everything works. Easiest dog I ever trained. Like Max, I could teach him a command once, with no repetition, and he never forgot it. He knew so many words in English, that we had to start spelling some of them and then he’d learn the spelled version. He’s crazy for balls and experimented until he figured out how they roll in different areas of floors in our old house then developed complex games games around what he’d learned. Lots of examples of Morris and his inventive games. He firmly believes he can catch hubby if he falls and hobbles round behind ready to do so. It’s deeply touching to watch and very emotional.

All I could notice at the beginning was the parrot bobbing up and down, back and forth - and then I realised there was some dog "snorting" going on lol. It was hard to see Bison initially against Cesar's dark shirt; Bison just melded into him. So glad that you found another dog with whom you have a deep, profound connection. They are such wonderful creatures. It's truly a privilege to be chosen as a dog's person.

I’m such a fan. I totally agree that every dog teaches you something and God sends you that individual animal for a reason. I lost my spiritual dog five years ago, Muñeco lived to be 16 years. While dying, he was blind and yet pushed up to my face to give me kisses as if to say good bye and I love you. I have another dog, however, he is not my spiritual dog, I love him and he had taught me a huge lesson in life, but I still seek another spiritual dog. God bless you Cesar and thank you for all that you do and teach!

I have a new puppy who chose me personally when I went to get a new puppy, my old dog had passed away and my old cat was just a few short months away from doing so, Connie our new puppy seeks me out to look after me and make certain I'm ok, when you're the carer for a disabled parent no-one looks after you and you simply can't in many regards. Connie cares and does her utmost.

I have experienced 2 spirit dogs but sadly, neither were my own. One was Koda, a 10 year old boxer who I walked off leash when I first started a dog walking. He was my soul dog and I told his owner I would pretty much do anything for him - he was that special. The other was my heart dog Desiree, a 3 year-old Bichi-poo who I fostered until she was adopted. I still get to visit her at her owner's home when I want.

🕊️🐺♥️Cesar, I hope you read this. Your words went right thru my heart. I understand exactly & am deeply glad for you & Bison. I believe he was brought to you divinely- he is a spiritual gift. You know. My Wolf & I had the same. Words weren’t needed between us. We knew. And he knew the slightest energy changes before they happened, too. An incredible, intelligent sensitivity on an energy plane you don’t even know exists until someone meets you on it. That was Wolf. That was you & Daddy - and now Bison. You explained this so beautifully. I wish you countless years with Bison. Daddy’s spirit walks beside you infinitas.🐾

Looks like you have a “coyote” on your back. 😂. My spirit animal pet is my Squeeky. He is a cat. He won’t acknowledge me when I talk baby talk to him. But if I tell him I need to talk he does exactly what I need. He communicates when storms are dangerous and I shouldn’t be outside. He takes medication when I tell him what I am doing. He always freaked out when I put his flea medicine on him UNTIL I finally told him what it was and what I was doing. Now he sits quietly when I treat him. Animals help our spirits evolve. Bison is not just wise but super handsome too. Enjoy!

Love that Bison lets you know when he feels you are "off", and that you're willing to let us know that this happens weven with you sometimes. That was soooo beautiful! Is he purring??? My Am Bull/Am Staff, Boyfriend, reminds me of your Daddy dog. Boyfriend lived up the street and would come to my property as a young pup to play with my dog. I called him Prissy's (my dog's name) Boyfriend since I did not know his name. I could not touch him at first, but after a few of his visits he finally took a cookie from my hand and let me touch him. The next time he came to my property was right before a bad storm. Boyfriend was standing at the door begging to come in. He had NEVER been in a house before! I opened the door, grabbed his collar and dragged him into the house. Boyfriend didn't know what to do at first, but then Prissy came to him, they touched noses and all was good in the world! I opened the door when the storm was over and he happily left, after getting a cookie of course. He came back every day and stayed longer and longer. I went to the place he actually belonged and they didn't care where he was or what he was doing. I put a safe, dry dog house on my front deck with soft bed and put bowls out with it. I fed him every day, applied flea/tick meds and dewormed him. I again asked his family about vaccines and such, but they did not care, so I took him to get vaccines and a microchip. I offered them the info and they STILL did not care! The new year came up and it was time to get dog licenses for my dogs (I had Prissy and 2 others at the time) and I claimed Boyfriend as my dog. Since he was legally mine I made an appointment to get him neutered. He had long stopped going back up the street by that point. Today he is 7 years old, spoiled rotten and thinks he is a Chihuahua who belongs on my dad's lap...LOL! His energy has always been calm and steady, much like Daddy's energy.

I'm sorry but the macaw totally stole my attention away from you and the handsome bison in your lap. I have a deep deep softness for all animals, but my rescue and Rehabilitation of the animals over the last 40 years has focused primarily on parrots, large dogs that have been labeled negatively, cats and very large constrictor snakes. And every now and then I see a bird that cannot be ignored and will not be ignored. So you're handsome feathered friend completely stole my attention from everything else involved in the video. I had to go back and watch it again so that I could listen to your words and it was definitely worth watching the second time. Bless you for all that you do for the animals because they do not have enough of us Warriors protecting and defending them and teaching humans how to connect with them.

Love you Cesar! I just adopted a little boy from East Valley, he’s a terrier mix, and one look into his eyes and I knew he was meant to be with me! I pick him up tomorrow and I can only pray that he bonds with my 11 year old terrier girl and my cats because he feels like my spirit animal. When I met him, I just sat with him and let him come to me, and then gave him calm nurturing gentle strokes, then I held him, and by the time I had to let him go, the attendant who took him to be neutered…had trouble peeling him from my arms. The dog wouldn’t let go of me. I think this is meant to be! I’m so excited to bring him home. We have named him Archie, after Archie Bunker, since Norman Lear passed away yesterday. So maybe someday me and Archie can come up to the ranch for a visit and meet you and Bison! Sending much love and light❤❤❤ Karly.

Thank you Cesar for acknowledging the deep spiritual connection we can have with our pets and the lessons we can learn from them. Some of my greatest spiritual teachers have been my cats and I love to meditate with them in my garden.

OMG! CONGRATULATIONS CESAR. Bison is adorable. I provide Pat Sitting services, and my very first client was a Frenchie her name is Lola, only 3 month old at the time. When I started taking care of her she was terrified of going down the stairs and I made it my mission to teach her It only took two sessions for her to master it. I felt like the proudest Momma 😁. She will always have a special place in my heart 💕💕💕
