I agree. Even when I was heavily pregnant, the male doctor I had made weird jokes and when he would check the position of my baby and listen to the heartbeat he would pull my pants down really low to where you could see my pubic hair !!! 🙄 at first I just thought, "oh the baby must be so low that needs to do that" but then when he sent me to get the 3D ultrasound done, the female technician didn't pull my pants that far down AT ALL!!! I definitely felt weird going to him afterwards so I switched doctors when I was 7 months pregnant because I didn't want this man to deliver my baby and shove his fingers up my vagina to check for dilation. Luckily it was a female doctor that did my 8week pregnancy exam I had where they insert the "magic wand" to confirm you have a baby up in there 😂😂😂

I feel so bad for Hila and her experience with the OB/GYN nurse. There’s a deep level of trust that’s given to these nurses and doctors. Women are the most vulnerable at this state, and it’s so so sad to learn that someone crossed the line and ruined that level of trust for her. Her exams and patient experience will never be the same, and I’m so so sorry she had to go through what happened. At the end of the day, you are a customer of care services. You have the right to report abusive care givers, as well as challenge & change doctors. Regardless, you can ask for price estimates, better care providers and additional professional opinions. If you’ve been violated in any way, you have allies that will advise, support, and stand with you ! You’re not alone 💖

Keto burns fat instead of sugar. Butter is made from milk. Milk is made of lactose which is a sugar. You can’t just chow down on butter if you are doing keto. Yes butter has a lot of fat, but the amount of lactose in butter will easily knock you out of ketosis. Whoever started telling people this is very ill informed.

Put on multiple dry layers and rub one out. Cold humid air will chill you to the bone. Good luck!

I feel compassion for Ethan in his struggles for better health, but I think Hila really has hit the nail on the head. Ethan should talk to someone first and foremost because the truth is he probably won’t get the satisfaction he thinks he will get even if he does get in really good shape. He already is super successful, appears to be in a healthy marriage, has a healthy son, his wife is successful in her own right, seems to have a great relationship with his co-workers, etc. Point being, he has plenty going for him to the point that it really blows my mind he doesn’t have more confidence in himself. I understand how it goes though, mental hurdles are the most difficult to overcome more often than not. Ethan has more than enough money to get the help he needs such as talking to the right people (therapist), hiring a nutritionist, personal trainer, etc. I am not saying it is impossible, but it is just so much more difficult to overcome such obstacles alone. He should put his pride aside, and get help if it is as bad as he says it is. His son should be more than enough motivation to get healthy. He may not realize it now, but there will come a time only 15-20 years from now when it really hits him if he doesn’t get healthier now in his mid 30's. I hear him say a lot that he won’t live long , and he shouldn’t just accept that. Grow old with your family, it is worth so much more than fast food.

Yes, it is hard. No, there is no easy way out. The ONLY way you'll burn fat and keep it off is by exercising, and I don't mean walking on a treadmill while playing video games. You need to push yourself until you feel like you can't go any further, then keep going. It won't take more than 3 weeks to a month before you start seeing improvements in both weight loss and endurance. Once you get passed that climb, it gets easier and easier. The climb is the hardest part and that's where most people give up, but if you want it bad enough you will force yourself to endure the pain and keep going. I was overweight my entire childhood until I was about 21 when I decided I was sick of it and sick of making excuses. I worked my ass off starting with cardio every other day, but in less than a month it started to get easier and I could run twice the amount of time without stopping or getting tired, but I still kept pushing myself. Then I actually felt good about it and did cardio every day along with starting muscle workouts, rotating which muscles I worked out day by day. I never really gained a lot of muscle mass, but working them out only accelerated the weight loss and endorphins along with improving my mental health and self esteem. If I can do it, you can too.

Ethan I lost 100 pounds on Keto and lost about 70 percent of my hair, my body basically went into a state of shock and I had very difficult times re adjusting to a sustainable diet. It’s not healthy and it’s not a good long term solution. Your body needs carbs. Carbs are a crucial component for building muscle, which is inevitably what you’re gonna want to do if you do lose weight, it’s impossible without carbs. Please do a little more unbiased research and you will see the other side of this is actually quite detrimental, and since the point of losing weight is to be healthy, isn’t it rendering your entire journey pointless if you’re gonna come out skinny but sick? Imagine taking a shower at the half way point of your weight loss goal only to realize it’s completely thinned out and you’re only half way?? There’s a dark side to Keto. Don’t buy into the hype and do this a right. A BALANCED all inclusive diet is essential, and moderation and self control are things no fad diet are gonna quick fix for you. You have to gain control without looking for a corner to cut.

It's needed for basic CELL METABOLISM. Do you know what ATP is? It's the energy currency used by every cell in your body. Also glucose breaks down into oxaloacetic acid which is needed to break down FATS. Without it, the fat will turn into ketones and anytime you high ketone levels it can cause problems in your body. It's a sign that there's an imbalance in your body.

Exactly. Hila is right, he's just looking for a cheat. Losing weight is really simple in theory - consume fewer calories than you use. Trying to cheat is not a good idea. You need a lifestyle change. Going on a diet to lose weight almost always fails, if you look at statistics there's a CRAZY high rate of regaining the weight, almost all of them are back where they started a year later. Because the problem with going on a diet is that you eventually come OFF the diet. You need to make sustainable lifestyle changes that you can keep up for the rest of your life. The weight loss will be slower, but it will actually stay off. Yes, you will have to reduce portion sizes and junk food. Yes, it sucks to not get to eat whatever you want. Yes, you might want to smash an entire pizza and have to force yourself not to. But that is the only way to lose weight and stay there.
