Sadly it does not. Most programmers need to have a wireless transmitter to communicate with the sensors them selves.

I wonder if it works on Scions.

That is actually a good question! 🤔 I would imagine it would work, I’m pretty sure they use Toyota ECU’s. If I had a scion I would try it out!
