Just completed all of these historical challenges. The ones I really struggled with were manny Santiago’s kickflip bs board (had to do switch flip fs board, goofy), creature studios - nollie flip bs nose blunt (had to do kickflip bs nose blunt, regular), Mike Franklin - bs salad (had to do switch fs salad, goofy) and of course the infamous welcome to hell and nate rojas best lines which I kinda had to just get lucky with. Only tip I could give for those is to make sure to release the joysticks before getting out of the handrail. Hope this helps anyone struggling 🙏Appreciate the video btw

Comparing this to philly is like night and day. This took me two days instead of like...two weeks

"Nates best line" i just did it took me like 50 tries

The Jeff Pang - Heelflip didn't register for me (and i did 100s of tries). What worked was doing a Switch Hardflip (while still being in Goofy Stance). I've read, that they recently changed this challenge from Switch Hardflip to Heelflip, so it's kind of funky that it worked with a Heelflip in this video but just with a Switch Hardflip for me. I'm on PC with same version (1.0.0.70). Hope that helps someone in the future.

Could someone help me? I'm trying the Nates best line one and can't get it for shit. I've done everything correctly about 4 or 5 times and it never counts. What could I be doing wrong? Maybe some trick positioning, timmings, any ideas? Edit: I FINALLY got it. The thing I tried doing differently was getting three pushes before the initial 50-50, I think the game only acknowledges this trick if you go fast, so even though it shows up in the bottom right corner that you got the trick, maybe you didn't. I don't know, just a guess, but it worked.

Just spent 20 minutes attempting Nate’s best line, finally landed everything and it didn’t register.. The switch 360 flip behind the ten stair is bugged too.

Crea-Ture Studio Nollie KickFlip - Bs Noseblunt I did the nollie flip bs nose blunt so many times, and it wouldn't register. I did a regular kickflip bs nose blunt and it registered. V1.0.0.86

Does anyone have further tips to complete this challenge? Playing on PS5 in Version v1.0.0.86. Tried the line with high grind friction, no boned ollies, clean stick inputs, tre flip near the wall and early/longer grinds.. I am really depressed 😅 thx

Managed Welcome To Hell and Nate's Best Line but Matt Allen Fs 180 Fakie 5-0 180 out is so hard for me. It's mainly the angle of the ledge that is the problem. Edit: I did it but not the normal way lol

@Cla2k what is a Goofy ? I don't know why but the game don't count me the "Goofy" tricks. I change my posture, but the tricks name change in "switch ..." but in your videos you have this switch position, and the tricks name still normal, without this "SWITCH HEELFLIP" (for example). So regular or goofy is how you naturally stand on the board. Should a regular skater and the opposite way round that's a switch stance. So to change from regular to goofy you need to return to your apartment and got to customise skater, here you can change between regs or goofy

I don't honestly think it makes a difference, its something I've experimented with in the past and never found it made a difference. they both are historically hard to get to trigger but I have breakdowns of both lines on my channel

For anyone trying to do the 'jeff pang - heelflip' challenge, there is a bug meaning you need to do a switch hardflip instead.

@@cal2k89 the kick flip BS boardslode down the stair rail half way along the banks in Goofy stance too is not working at all. Landed that at least 50 times.

i’m having a ton of trouble on the crea-ture studios nollie kickflip bs noseblunt (64) i get it perfect like every time at this point and it just won’t count for the challenge, has this challenge been removed or changed? any tips if not?

Its defiantly not been removed. Are you popping out of the noseblunt or sliding off then edge of the rail?

So it's going to sound strange but try releasing the grinds input just before you exit the rail, it never been proven but we found that releasing the inputs before the end of the rail helped it pick up the trick, I've always presumed it was about the speed it detects it but a lot of the community has sworn that was the difference of things registering specifically for welcome to hell what ends on the same rail

I just completed it on PS5 after about 10 correct tries. I think what made the difference was letting go of the sticks a tad bit before you reach the end of the rail during the two grinds.

Can’t get the #13 FS Flip “E3 Trailer Ender” one at 3:40. I’m doing it exactly how you are on the video but it won’t recognize it as completed. I’ve tried putting auto catch on and it still won’t work

What worked for me is doing a really slow kickflip. I looked at the E3 trailer and saw it was done that way and it worked first try.

#67 and #72 is giving me the hardest time, I’ve done #72 perfect 3 times now and still will not register for me

I was having trouble with this until I figured out you have to do it closer to the 13 step with rails and not near the ledges

Nope. Nate Rojas still won’t register even in goofy. Fml It’s almost astounding how broken this is. I’ve landed it 50 times in regular, 5 times in goofy (so far), and it just won’t register at all. Edit: what I’m curious about is whether or not this counted first try for you or if it still bugged out and you had to battle for it to count? Edit 2: 70th times a charm, I guess?? I have no idea what I did differently that made it count? I think I might have let go of the crook input a millisecond earlier and if that’s really what caused it to clear for me that’s honestly the dumbest shit in the world. The detection window for that line needs to be expanded *a lot*. It shouldn’t have taken me 3.5 hrs total between three sessions (no pun intended). Whatever. Just need to do Philly and I’m done with these.

En Switch sin embargo, con la actualización de salida del juego en switch, he tardado 3 intentos, y mira que la hice bastante mal (el primer 5050 lo hice siendo primero 5-0 y después puso 5050, no hice bien el kickflip…) en PS5 con la última actualización creo que lo han roto aun mas

These ones, Not really, most of them will be accepted in either stance but those are the stances as they were originally down. However philly and pier 7 are stricter and a lot of those need to be done in the specific stance.

Only challenge that won’t work for me is the damn kick flip bs board. I’m in goofy and done it hundreds of times. I was able to do every other challenge in lower Manhattan except this one.

That one triggered for me sporadically, I'm pretty sure I even had it trigger when I did the normal bs boardslide. its probably not anything your doing wrong session has previously been really bugged with historical challenges and randomly accepts one attempt when the previous ones what were the same were rejected.
