  Just seen both you comments, No any manuals will work, the main thing is after popping out a manual you need to completely release the inputs before reapplying it with the manuals input. I've left a link on the other comment with a more detailed guide about manualing should you need it.

  just figured out that you have to pop where the ground becomes flat again. so basically pop very close to the wall.

  If anyone in 2024 is still having this problem, I kept doing it correctly & it would not register. The ONE time I attempt to Ollie on, grind for a second & Ollie off, it gave it to me. Make sure to Ollie over the ledge. I think that’s the trick. Ollie before reaching the end of the rail

  finally figured out how to achieve this for any newcomers like me: when you do an ollie and land in a manual then you go and pop again to land on the next pad you have to let go of the right stick (the manual foot stick) and put it back into manual, you cant just keep it in the manual position between pads. this took me a long time to do and even after i finished it im not sure i'll be able to do it again :D

  You are right, when you pop an Ollie or any trick you need to completely release the input before re applying it to enter a manual. It may be worth watching the guide series I'm doing as I explain each part of the game as it becomes relevant. Although you're passed these missions, there is probably a lot of information that would be useful for you.   I'd 100% agree, I think Paris has a wider range of objects in a more conducive layout. Don't get me wrong, I do like the schoolyard but Paris has more on offer for how I like to play

  In the nosegrind - flip out is says Nollie heel

  If it's raining nollie when you flip out your not standing switch. If it's saying heel flip your pulling the front foots input off to the wrong side and need to pull it to the opposite side

  @@cal2k89 When I try to send a 360 flip, it won't do what you said. I'm goofy and I have the right foot and left foot configuration and I'm PS4 so I don't know how to do it

  Does it come up with any trick name when you try it or just not responding at all? Did you manage the varial flip okay, because it would be the same inputs but you'd slide the rear foots input further round before applying the front foot's input.

  @@cal2k89 it appears as variable hell flip or varial flip or pressure flip whenever I put my right analog stick down and then to the side and then to the left and the left analog stick I put down

  It's all down to timing really but you could try adjusting the pump force multiplier l in the advanced settings. Keep in mind this is still classed as an experimental feature and can be buggy at points

  Oh noo it's greatly appreciated. I need to take a look at the mission files and and player save files, currently I have a copy of all the missions save separately, its how I re do missions for the guides but I'd love to try and update the files on the fly to save the restarts between attempts.

  I see that that can save you a lot of time. I am happy to still play on the same save file since I switched to PC without any need to restart! 😄 The amount of flip tricks I have done and the time I spent in manuals is not something I am proud of i guess 😁👍

  For those struggling with Ollie 360: you need to land it perfectly. I kept on doing reverts, which most likely was not allowed.

  I can't get past this mission AT ALL. I can't even get onto the second pad. I'm just not quick enough. I've turned Manuel pop to it's fullest even. Any tips? I can't continue the game any further until this is done (because I'm also stuck on the switch mission outside the skate shop. BS fakie full cab flip or whatever it's called. It's not registering). Any tips??

  I thought I was a genius. I put a board of plywood over both pads and manueled across the whole thing with a flip at the end... Didn't work😂 Maybe it needs to recognise two Ollie inputs? I'll try that

  Are you popping off the bank? As far as I'm aware you need to pop off the bank itself and not the floor.

  @insignificunt5637 that's the one you 180 into right? If your playing with the inputs mode set to left foot right foot you need to flip your inputs when in a switch stance, so if you normally pushed the left stick up and the right stick down you pull the left stick down and right stick up, if that makes sense? Not sure where you skill level is at so apologies if you already knew thay

  @cal2k89 yeah it's "Fs 180 Ollie - 50 - 50" but every time I land that, it just won't register it at all no matter whether I do it normal stance, switch or fakie 😅

  What, the ones at the start of the mission? Are you definitely rotation front side? If you skating goofy you'd need to rotate the opposite way to I am in the video

  What specifically is the issue you having? Does it enter the manual? Does it just not trigger after you did it. What manual are you trying to do? What input mode are you using and what stance are you skating in regular or goofy. If you can answer those it will be vastly easier for me to try and help

  This almost drove me absolutely nuts. So I’m actually DOING the nose grind, not completing. I tried and tried and tried only to get on my 25th ish try by flicking immediately out of the nose grind. Like don’t even let your board actually slide just flip it immediately

  Omg guys listen, I just figure it out and when you get up on the ramp do your pressure flip, MAKE SURE you are doing a HIGH POP into the fs full cab instead of low pop, your right analog stick should be coming down when jumping into a fs cab
