Certainly reputable websites like brick fanatics. And some of it is a guessing game. Also towards the end of the year check LEGO.com US, Germany, Australia, etc and sets will be marked LAST CHANCE TO BUY

As you are always asking for video ideas and such, something I thought about, what would be interesting to me personally would be a review of new Lego waves regarding your personal opinion, financial analysis, desired entry point etc. This could be targeting specific Lego Themes or just the whole wave (which would be a long video probably). I don't mind Monkie Kid. I only have a couple of sets, as they are quite hard to find where I am from. The local lego store don't even have a section for the range, they are only found sporadically.

This is always a tough question. Waiting is risky but you should be able to see at 10-20% at some point even before Black Friday

I am more trying to think about investing. But bit concerning - to whom i will sell it - we live in small town, and people are mostly interested in the farms, rather then Lego.

People will pay shipping most buy online anyways. You dont always have to wait right till retirement either just whenever something is on a deep discount is best. Buy stuff from collectable themes and do your research first before investing.

I’m thinking of taking a gamble on this one seeing as it is such a popular movie consistently scoring well for Disney on Nielsen well after it debuted.

Random ? While I watch your “top 10 best lego sets for investing in the last 5 years” lol - a few times you mentioned you sold all the sets & kinda regretted bc they kept going up up up ( fishing store, cloud city & Mickey Minnie brickheads). When you choose to sell a set, do you do them all at once & why? I think if you got your investment back & some, couldn’t you hold onto 1 of each & see if it continues increasing over time? Just a thought bc seems like you missed out 😂😂 but would love your input 😊

Compound investments always beats buy and hold for me. Although its hard to see sets you had continue to increase in value... I did make decent profits on all of them and then reinvested that money back into other retiring LEGO sets.

Some sets hang around way too long IMO (the big Hogwarts Castle should retire now that we have a replacement for it, the Tree House has been around far too long, same with the 3-in-1 pirate ship) and others go away far too fast like the City Family House and Electric Car.
