Bonnie was the first fnaf character made. The other one was from a kids game Scott had made before fnaf. The game didn’t get good reviews from parents, saying that it was too scary and too uncanny, that they looked too much like robots. Scott took this criticism and went with it, creating five nights at freddys. He incorporates his “failure” into the game through El Chip, who is basically just there to reference the whole situation and that old character. I hope this clears some stuff up for y’all!

This video is what happens when the creator doesn't provide the fifteen thousand pages of backstory so reddit just goes ahead and fanfictions that up for you real quick.

If you want a summary of the lore I think Wendigoon's summary is pretty good. And he made the whole thing because he wanted to talk about fan animations, and thus felt he had to explain what is canon first.

The one who said: "Wanna see a corpse? Too bad, I'm showing you anyway" and then removed his mask was actually Springtrap. The person who is stuck in that suit is actually one of the main atagonists of the franchise who killed multiple children. Then the souls of the children came back to haunt him and in an attempt to try to fend them off, he wanted to hide from the spirits in that animatronic suit you see him wearing, of which the springlocks then malfunctioned - causing him to go through an excruciating pain and slowly bleed to death in that suit. At one point or another, he came back alive though and for some reason is immortal (I am not *_that_* aware of the lore so I cannot tell you why), and is now indefinitely stuck in that suit, in an ironic fashion, because he hid the corpses of the children he murdered inside of other animatronic suits. And, well, now he is met with that same fate. Like you guys said, the video was pretty solid in the beginning but as it went on it kind of went off the rails and the creator seemed to get carried away, going for an almost completely meme-fixated approach in the direction. For those who are aware and caught up with the inside jokes, this is probably hilarious, but for those who are not it almost becomes nonsensical I would imagine. A fun reaction video nonetheless though, have a good one you two

Yeah, this was more meme based that you would understand if you played the series and understood the community. While Bonnie was the first FNAF character created. El Chip was the first character created for Scott's first game.

Bonnie was the first FNAF character indeed and gave Scot nightmares but Scot had a game with a beaver character before he created FNAF, so that's why that was his first character, Bonnie is just the first FNAF character 😄

This is the craziest video I've ever seen even though I'm a fan of FNAF. You should watch the entire Five Nights at Freddy's VHS series made by squimpus. Although it does not follow the fnaf lore, it is an adaptation with slight changes, a lot of terror and tremendously serious. I interpret it as an alternate universe.

I love FNAF in a nutshell, they are very funny

Chipper (Beaver Squirrel guy) was in a different game Scott made that got bad reviews before Fnaf, and was thrown into Fnaf World as a reference to the game that started the series. Bonnie was the first Fnaf character made and gave Scott nightmares while in production. Also, I'm not sure where it came from, but I don't remember a Book Chica. Might just be bad memory, though.

I loved the Chica one so much!! I'd recognise Dr Dash's animating style everywhere

To be honest i didnt even realize that Dr Dash was the Pimp, he and his group of animator friends made really great content in the late 2010s of fnaf animations that were genuinely funny but were unfortunatly only known to the people in the fnaf fanbase who watched fan animations of youtube, like Malohns Five Nights of Debauchery series or Dr Dashs old series of Five Nights in the weekend. Unfortunately looking them up now you can really tell that the content in them is heavily dated

This animations have many funny details in them. Well for example Mangle and her phrase about her gender being "YES". Mangle does not have an exact gender. Some details pointed to the female gender (such as lipstick and its presence in a mode where only girls attack us). And there were hints of male gender(but I don't remember which ones anymore). And one of the fans asked Scott - "What gender is she?" And he said, "Yes." Or another detail. There's a lot of detail given to bunnies in the Fnaf storyline. They're the toughest opponents there. The most bloodthirsty. And a lot of other things. It's very simple. Scott has a phobia of rabbits. Or like Chica in the book series. Why was she shown to be so weird when the others were horrible monsters. The point is that the chick herself was supposed to be a horrible monster. But she's the only one of the whole foursome whose design we didn't see. And yes they are so scary because it's an illusion. In the books, William had what were called illusion disks in his arsenal. little mechanisms that used sound to make people see illusions. And these scary monsters are the illusion that hangs on them. When they looked completely different. There are animations on youtube depicting their real appearance and how they work. The boy with the striped clothes who was beaten by Freddy. That's Baloon Boy. He is one of a series of animatronics. And they are some of the most annoying and hateful animatronics in the entire franchise. There are four of them: Dee Dee, Balun Boy (BB), Balun Girl, Phantom BB and Nightmare BB. And everyone hates them.

When Scott was developing the game, he was incorporating a secret screen where an empty face of bonnie will pop up if u die to him. It has a very low chance of happening and when Scott tested it, it popped up on the first try. Pretty sure it was 1/1000 and it gave him nightmares

Actually, Chica from the book series also has a nightmare-fuel appearance like the other three do, but this girl used a random fanmade goofy looking design to make the video more funny, but yes actual chica form the book series also has a scary appearance
