I personally feel like the scene where she's in all black and gets covered in gems is a reference to reclaiming her work and each gem represents one if her songs, because they coordinate with the album colors.

I feel like all the exile easter eggs were referring to her recent performance with Bon Iver. Bejeweled premiere was 3 days ago

A few more things to mention: "Evaluator buttons" is a lyric from Speak Now. And we have the album colored buttons up until album 9, Evermore, but then we have yellow and red for the re-recordings of Fearless and Red. Midnights is obviously midnight blue, and after comes a repeat of purple for Speak Now. Also, the "1989" floor has a few more nods to that era, just in case the fact that it's floor number 5 wasn't enough. She has the Wildest dreams coat, and her hair/makeup reminded me of the Blank Space music video. Also, when the 'fairy goddess' pulls of her stockings it looks very Ballet-like, and Taylor struggles to be graceful. I saw this as a parallel to the Shake It Off music video because she also tries to do ballet next to all these perfectly graceful ballerinas. And when she's in the glass, you could call it a "marble bathtub," and there was a point where she was mimicking her 1989 era haters who painted a picture of her "crying in her marble bathtub surrounded by pearls." All those aspects are present in that scene, but she's having fun, again mocking the haters. At the end of the video Long Live instrumental is playing, "fighting dragons with you," which is what everyone was pointing out, but she also has multiple references in her songs to, literally, "being guarded." In Mine, she says "you learn my secrets and you figure out why I'm guarded." And in Long Story Short she says "and we live in peace, but if someone comes at us, this time I'm ready." Oh, and the intro to the video also makes a joke about her name "quite Swiftly," and there was that same play on words in the dialogue section of the Anti-hero music video. I don't know quite what she's getting at, but that seemed interesting. (Edit: Thank you to everyone for the likes and comments. It feels so special to have people see and appreciate my ideas. With all of these hints at speak now it makes me wonder. Why would she stop at 1989 before she makes it to the 13 floor with the repeat purple? As if to say. Speak now is next but first a quick stop in 1989. ??? I don’t know.

I thought it was cool that she chose Dita Von Teese as the fairy godmother who is this burlesque dancer but also a feminine icon who Taylor has said that she looks up to. And then there’s the fact that instead of dancing with the prince when she got to the ball she danced with this sorts of feminine goddess, so it’s almost like a reflection like she chose herself in the end.

After thinking more I also reckon the martini glasses represent the glass slippers! Something that belonged to Cinderella but others tried to claim.. like her masters. In the end they belong to the feminine (not the masculine aka those who stole them from her).

When i watched it, I noticed that in one of the elevator scenes she had earrings that were a big purple jewel and a small red jewel. Purple is the main color for Speak Now and on the deluxe version of Speak Now Taylor’s wearing a red dress

Also on stage the colors shift from pink to blue and are then combined, there's plenty of blue make up, gems, curtains - so blue keeps being important, too. (And, if I spy that correctly, there's five lightbulbs on during the stage scene, a sixth one not working centre middle left - aside from the stars). The 5th level scene also particularly gives 'wildest dreams'.

So many easter eggs! Also, I know it's a long shot, but I really hope she releases Speak Now (TV) before her 33rd birthday. I know 'Innocent' wasn't intended as a song about self-reflection, but I think with the line '32 and still growing up now' would give a whole new meaning to the song and also fit in with the self-reflection vibes of a lot of Midnights songs. And I am praying we get an Enchanted MV!

I thought the "Exile ends" was counting down until she can rerecord reputation, because she can't start rerecording that one until Nov 2022, so her "exile" of her old albums is over soon. The key represents key to the vault tracks. The castle has a bell like from Haunted, the torches have some "Sparks Fly"ing.

I feel like there are so many references in this video, and even in listening to the lyrics to, that reference her leaving big machine records. Also everyone told Taylor she didn’t write her own songs or she wasn’t capable and that’s what speak now is, she wrote it all on her own. I think if each floor is a different era then it’s important to look at what’s going on on those specific floors too. Like when she enters the speak now room she’s by herself… reference to it being completely self written. And I got the vibe while watching the video and pairing it with the lyrics… that she is saying her exile with BMR has ended and now she can go off on her own and still be bejeweled and glamorous all by herself… which really fits into the speak now narrative. Why is no one else talking about this it seems so obvious!!

YES!! SAME! "I polish up real nice" Is totally a reference to re-recordings/reclaiming her music and making the "I can still make the whole place shimmer" is a reference to how well they've done. "I can reclaim the land" Also a reference to her reclaiming her songs. Her ghosting the prince at the end is her leaving her label and not accepting the deal they offered her to keep her songs. Her songs ARE the castle and she got them anyway. I think the two glasses may reference her old versions and new versions but I'm not married to that theory.

I always pictured Scott proposing she stayed with the label and her refusing in Champagne Problems… this still feels the same narrative 😂 reaching I know

On the third floor she starts off with a fully black bodysuit but jewels attach to her as she walks through and eventually she gets a necklace with the same colors as the elevator buttons representing her albums. Not sure if the bracelet means anything also but why would she add something that doesn't mean anything? I think in this scene she makes it clear that part of being "bejewelled" refers to her albums which reminds me of my tears ricochet where she says you wear the same jewels that I gave to you as you bury me and also you got my past behind glass but I got me - she can still rerecord her albums and make new ones and make the whole place shimmer. During the time she also sings "I made you my world have you heard I can reclaim the land".

In" Bejeweled", Taylor has sapphire tears in her eyes right at the very moment when this is sung in the track ... In mv called "Young and Beautiful" by Lana Del Rey(with who Taylor recorded "Snow on the beach"), Lana has diamond tears ...

there’s a movie called Ella Enchanted which is a retelling of Cinderella story. And this MV is also a retelling of Cinderella story, hence the enchanted song on the background. ❤

I feel like she's said folklore/evermore weren't planned albums they were her way of coping with covid/lockdown/not being able to tour for the "lover" album/era. She also liked that tubmlr or twitter(?) theory that said the sky in the snow globe in the "lover" video was a "midnights" easter egg since it was originally going to be next after "lover".

The first things that I noticed in the Bejeweled music video is that in the elevator, she makes me think of willow. Then in the video she gives Wildest Dreams vibes. Because the number 13 is purple in the elevator, it could also mean that we could get a Last Kiss re-record as on of the first re-recorded tracks to be released for Speak Now tv. I didn’t really notice many of the Easter Eggs in Bejeweled. The first Speak Now related Easter egg I found was in the Anti-Hero music video where she’s playing the guitar with flowers on it, and I know she played that guitar in the Speak Now tour.

I’m hoping with all my heart that Enchanted gets a music video! And we might get a video for Long Live that’s like a montage of her fans

Wait a minute. I recently read that she applied for some sort of copyright for Eras. What if this is so she can record Long Live and the fans and turn it into a longform video?

I don’t know if this has been mentioned but the pattern on the inside of the elevator is a pretty good match to the golden dress she wore to the 2012 Grammys. SN walked away with 2 Grammys for Mean that night.

The first time I watched the MV I was specifically looking for Speak Now easter eggs. Then I saw everyone finding thing that referenced SN and I got so excited because I really want a SN TV!!! 💜💜💜

I also think that when Taylor goes to de fifth floor (1989) the clothes she wears are EXTREMELY similar to the blank space oufit

Can u talk about the non speak now Easter eggs? Like the golden string dust at the first scene, the HAIM sister's dresses color for the albums, red, green/pink and purple, how the purple one said "He's gonna chose me", the fan of the three of them for the AOTY, yellow, blue and gray. The black pearls on the purple sister. (I FORGOT THEIR NAMES SORRY). Taylor could be Evermore cause her dress. The lights in the stage are from the SNTour as well, the sea shells lights. And all the Easter eggs in the last scene, TS for debut, yellow dress for Fearless, red Courtains for Red, seagulls in the castle for 1989, my castle crumbled over night for Rep, the archer statue for lover, and the long studio that u mentioned for Folklore and Evermore (Evermore could be the bonfire for Willow mv) also there's a catgorla (cat + gargola). And obviously, SN has the Dragon. The scene with Jack and the Key could be reference to getaway car or even the vault tracks. And the first dialogue, speak not, clean, swiftly and snake, maybe that's the order for the re recorded. Also people said that the Exile countdown could be for Rep being free in almost two weeks (November 10) so she could re recorded after that date. What do u think? Idk if there's more tbh 😅

SPEAK NOW STANSS WHERE U AT CAN'T BELIEVE ENCHANTED LONG LIVE DEAR JOHN TV IS COMINGGGG ❤

At the beginning scene when her evil step mother said "Speak not tire tacky wench, clean" I think when she said clean it's a hint that 1989 is in the works AND that CLEAN is also the 13th track in 1989. Also, at the beginning from the angle of the camera, on the floor it looked like that the color on the wood is like a Gold String going towards Taylor which are in both Cardigan and Willow music videos. Another thing, also in the entrance of the 3 evil step sisters, on the ceiling there are like photos arranged and one of them looks like the cover of 1989. When she steps out of the elevator on the 3rd floor there are plenty of jewels suspended in the air scattered and sparkling and I think this is a reference to Sparks Fly. On the human sized cocktail glass/water goblet she is wearing a jewel studded dress and I think it's a reference to the scene in Look What You Made Me Do wherein she's in a bathtub covered in jewelries. And on the 13th floor where Taylor is performing, her evil step sisters entered the door and screaming is like what would be happening when someone is trying to stop or prevent something(like in a wedding, speak now or forever hold your peace) which is another reference to Speak Now.

The only music video where Tay is inside an elevator, is Speak Now "Ours" music video. Also she's re-recording Rep cause in "Ready For It" music video she wears the black hoodie and opens/closes the sliding doors. She was also wearing the Rep bath diamonds dress when she announced Midnights release. Feel like she might be dropping more than one re-record at near times.

I keep seeing people make a reference to Dita Von Teese looking like Taylor in Wildest Dreams. I think that's an Easter Egg for her releasing that song earlier. She goes to 3 first and reclaims her songs but before she goes to 13 she stops briefly at 5 (1989). The whole thing screams Speak Now TV is coming next.

I don't know if it's only me but I think the scene where Taylor dances with the back dancers at 12:49 reminds me of ME! music video, especially when the back dancers are doing the fan thingy. Also the camera work looked more like a Tour Documentary instead of an MV. I hope this nods to the cancelled Lover Tour, saying that she'll be on tour soon!!

She also teased speak now when she teased red Taylor’s version. In one of her captions, I can’t remember what it said but I thought red and speak now. Omg omg u still thinking that? 😃 theres another theory that said that it going to be realised the 3rd of March of 2023(3+3+2+0+2+3=13) and fearless tv was realised 4 months after evermore, midnights is not the same but it can occur :)

One of the things I believe is on the elevator she goes to the Speak Now floor (the stolen version) & that's where she's reclaiming her songs from that album, then to the 1989 floor where I think she's referencing releasing some single 1989(TV) songs(like Clean) prior to going to the 13th floor, presumably the Speak Now (TV) album release. I also think there may be an Evermore Long Ponds coming out between the trace of the Willow video golden 'Invisible String' on the floor at the beginning, her look, the exile references & Long Ponds being in the back at the end!

I read a theory that said that the countdown had to do with her ability to soon rerecord reputation, as the 5 year "rule" is over really soon. Other thing I noticed is the "kingdom keys" she has at the proposal. Is very LWYMMD.

I think the "wants the castle" is a 1989 - New Romantics reference. "Baby I could build a castle out of all the bricks they threw at me". They are verbally abusing her - throwing bricks, and she can build a castle with that, which what she wants and what she gets despite their words. I don't know if anybody has already mentioned this, and if they did sorry!
