I don’t think either Kamui ninjutsu is situational honestly. A technique that gives you full invulnerability from almost every attack in the game is not just situational. It’s a legitimate tactical option in just about every encounter on top of the situational options (like flag running and such) and the ninja tool restock for Obito’s.

@@Watermelon_Manit’s situational because kamui shuriken and other jutsu similar bypass it, more dlc ninjutsu counters means it’s situational again.

​@@MhmmzI haven't done the math in a long time, but I know from doing the math and playing this game for 4 years that Water pillar hasn't been Meta since Mei came out. Thinking Water pillar is meta is a real new player take.

Hey I am Kakashi, with my Kamui I can dodge everything including ultimates and I get a movement buff and attack buff. Then I got a chidori with good damage, tracking, traversal utility and lets me also dodge everything including Jutsu. You know that big Madara Fireball? I just punsh right trough it. And on top I got an Ultimate which always one shots, gets not countered by Kamui and gives a few frames of invulnerablity. So what do you think? "D Tier"

I think kamui lightning blade deserves more credit because it's extremely versatile it ignores guards you can combo after it or into it it reduces defense it's only 16 seconds and you can use it to dodge ults like rasenflash or takemikazuchi etc...

Feel like the Sasori Ultimate gets too much hate, sure it’s not the very best but ever time I use it in game it’s a 1 shot and can hit multiple targets easily if they’re bunched up, with his Puppet he brings to the game as well, I’d put him at #1 for ranges with his Ultimate being at least a B

It's good.. people just trow it out there spraying and praying... but if you catch a group that is busy or you have a setup it's a garanteed kill not too mention the poison damage... it's pretty op to be honest when used right

I wish Ino's mind transfer was faster and could be used in Zetsus clones. One of my favourite characters, but a lot of times she does absolutely nothing, outside the healing

No offense but I do kinda feel this tier list was more how you feel about how the character plays rather than how good they are, bear hug is actually used a lot more than you might think, Kakashi’s Kamui and chidori are still useful and even more so in flag, Ino should definitely be higher up due to all her Jutsu actually still seeing play ngl I mean even mind transfer with its buffs actually has use in combat and flag(Defending the flag anyway)

I was so afraid of the healer portion cause i dont think globku plays healer but i can agree about mind transmission i just wish there were more healing options in general, the regular palm healing is good but the range is so short you have to be in the fight and if you dont have super armor its basically useless

Didn’t play shinobi strikers in a while so I gotta update myself with that’s going on😂

I use both nervous system rupture and kamui lightning blade being able to go through attacks is super useful while attacking and I use the rupture with Chakra scalpel to be the most annoying and turn off all options plus they combo

@Thatboygtmike using system rupture first is better as it has less recovery and cooldown plus it knock the enemy up so it's 1 blade and a spin around into 2 blades looks cool and always hits

hey just wanted to ask, im playing this game from a new pc but my character progression isnt there, just my dlcs. Is there any way to restore my character? im moving from my old to new pc, just wondering if this game uses local saved file instead of cloud?

Kakashi is definitely b tier at minimum, kamui bond is very useful and recharges your other ninjutsu cooldown, kamui lightning blade has a relatively low cooldown and lowers defense. His ult also is an insta kill that cancels revives.

My friend put me on this game and im addicted. I just wish we had a next gen update for the game with less crashes

Maybe next time, I mean it’s your opinion and that’s totally fine, u should get players that play the game on daily basis, bcuz some of ur rankings just don’t make sense. Onyx chidori, minato atk ult get b and a rating and baryon mode full kit gets overhyped. U never see those jutsus, and baryon mode is super rare too. Bcuz of that, I know it’s ur personal list, but when it comes to helping people decide, u should focus more on the actual usefulness. Still, thx for making content for this game 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Time hop is Acually still exclusive to sasuke, jigen has it in his kit however it’s not a mastery unlock.

Just desagree with sakura, for sure S rank, flower cannon is meta now, buff and heal alies while heals you too, hard light can be a really good option to survive and actually do a battle healer build, her ult can constant heal for a long time while you get buff, if use for the right time can heal a lot while you can fight more without need to run for heal your teammates, then give a massive attack that can kill some classes in one shot

Yup.. Hard light is actually REALLY good for combat healers.. Flower cannon buff makes here a great dlc to have if you are a healer

@@obiwanshinobi87 bruh many ninja tools and mainly one cooling breeze or any Grab type move like Octo Hug or Karma, Or defensive Jutsu like literally every Eye Jutsu makes Hard light useless. Not to mention Healers movement is the 3rd slowest, if u have good movement it’s literally so easy to dodge someone using that especially in a 1v1 as for her 2nd Jutsu the range on it is just Buns

@@osdeadlightning Bruh.. you can say that for so many jutsu...literally everything can be countered... just means you got to bait them into using their counters first... not too mention you can combo off it if used correctly.. I mean dynamic entry is literally a comp jutsu... but almost all my builds counter it.. like every jutsu you have to play it smart of you will be punished.. but use that with the healing jutsu from kabuto and the green medicine and see how much people will hate you

For the Shishui haters cause halo dance and Kawakis tackle, Haku counters them with his Ice dime ability which is C tier for some reason despite hard countering even ishhiki.

You can play as every character for free without needing to buy them, it's only if you want to make specific builds with specific jutsu that you have to buy the DLC

Also they’re coming with Utility permanent summonings, SS+ weapons, custom matchmaking, New characters and finally a Jinchuriki jutsu pack. So funny enough what you asked for is coming in the form of a jutsu pack like the kage jutsu pack lol.

The people in this game are so weird. Especially in the pits. I keep meeting this dude named Kaz Ango and with him it's on sight. He pulls out the sweatiest Attack and Ranged builds and he'll team up with people to kill me. The worst part is that I'm a healer main. I can't fight 2 people at once, especially an Attack and Ranged type. Nowadays I'm just questioning what I've done wrong. 😂

Idk if DLC characters being more OP is a good thing, because all that does is encourage P2W tendencies. There's so many meta jutsu in this game locked behind an additional DLC paywall. I agree, but you can’t deny that these DLC are pretty cheap as well. $10 can buy you 2-3 SS+ characters and there are a surprising amount of F2P meta jutsu such as Sharingan, Almighty Push, Cellular Extraction, Amaterasu, etc. that you can pair them with to make some devastating builds. And if you really can’t afford them, using the cast characters themselves can be viable sometimes depending on the mode/character of course.
