I'll take any buffs I can get!

Would like to see buffs to imbuements, survivability, and the other ranged core skills perhaps. Perhaps reducing the cooldown or increasing the charges of some of our agility skills (such as shadow step) or subterfuge skills would help with rogue survivability in NM dungeons in world tier 4 especially from tiers 60+. I definitely have trouble surviving these higher tiers and would want to see some slight buffs here and there in this areas. I could also be wrong about this, and I wonder if people feel the same way or the opposite way.

I was very surprised to not see any changes to Rogue survivability to be honest. Aside from the % buff to Umbrous, I was really shocked to not see some base % increases.

What tier are you playing in and what level? Obviously circumstances vary but at the moment I'm 55 in tier 3 and it's almost laughable how tanky I feel. I found some good damage reduction on gear and then also use some healing affixes/passives.passive. Edit: when I first hit tier 3 I will say I was squishy as hell.

@@Obrim34 Well when you get to level 100 or higher levels the content scales a bit differently. For example a lot of rogues can’t do level 70 nightmare dungeons. This is generally because there are specific mobs with attacks that just 1 shot you. Most of this comes down to the fact that blizzard messed up the scaling on resistances and they aren’t being calculated properly.

@@Obrim34 Yeah 100% that's a big issue right now for pushing high level content.

Actually sorc didn't get any buff for the current meta builds. Blizzard doesn't make any considerable damage, it's a legendary aspect that summons ice spikes that destroys bosses. Great patch anyway.

Hold out is the in-between rooms in dungeons i think. That's the only thing that makes sense. We didn't get exp there but you have to sit in that room and either wait 20ish seconds or kill all mobs.

Huh, quite weird that Barrage got a buff. I share the same sentiment. Barrage was fine. Not that I’m complaining. I play a barrage + rain imbuement rogue, so this is a buff to my build, but it’s weird as I never considered my damage weak.

Percentage just got buffed, amulet would be overkill. If you’re building your rogue correctly, you shouldn’t struggle to get stacks up consistently.

@@Valuedx cheers. I rechecked the aspect. I didn't realise it got an additional 50% buff from amulets. Nb I haven't had one drop for me yet but I plan on using it.

Hell yeah. The morph with the ricochet got buff. That is the one I used. So this going to be fun.

The rogue doesn't need a buff? At level 80 I can solo Uber Lilith as where lvl 100 other toons are struggling.

Oh dont get me wrong. I think Rogue is in a quite balanced place. Most of the Core skills can be used in Endgame. Its just that other options are not really worth it. Like if you dont want to relay on Core skills and like to use traps you wont really come that far. I wasnt hoping for a buff of the meta options. I was hoping for buffs that makes other skills usable.

blizzard the ability sucks, they put 1 point into it...the big dmg is from some legendary power that blizzard procs

Still need to make uniques and legendaries tradeable or game is gonna die like Diablo 3

nothing changed for me they can buff all the xp they want the game still boring

Every class buffed? You call shit like going from 20 to 22% a buff? And yes, I realize, that's in increase of 10%, but in terms of damage numbers, you'd go from hitting for 100 damage to hitting for 110 damage. That's nothing.

The thing here that should be considered is that Blizzard buffed a lot of skills that weren't being used previously. Will these be surmountable changes to most classes? Likely not. But it's going to add some variety to builds, and possibly bring up some power of less popular "off meta" builds.
