21:30 For the Englund Gambit, after white plays knight to c3, one last trick you can try is Nc4. So many times white plays Rb1, attacking my queen, then you go Nxc2 (check). Their only move is to recapture with their queen and you can take the queen after that

White's knight at f3 can capture the Nd4. So Nb4 would be correct.

Not a joke, @@heathenunbound1137 Check out the database on Lichess; even at Master level, black is winning more games than white, out of 265 games in this line! (Unless you're laughing at white's c4 move, wanting to hold on to an extra pawn. Best is to do what Levy said, not bothering whether black takes back the pawn on d5.)

very nice ! You explain well : fast, compact, to-the-point, good examples, flow .. tnx
hawk.. love the long video's. very helpful. informative, and well presented as you always do~! ty GC
I am particularly a fan of the polar bear gambit. You intentionally sacrifice every other pawn so each pawn is isolated like an "iceberg". You then use your knights or "polar bears" to navigate more freely from pawn island to pawn island or from "iceberg" to "iceberg". Has some great play and I bet the grandmasters would be stumped.

Dude, you put out so much incredible free content that you should plug your course all you want! Thank you for sharing your wisdom!
Thanks for your content Levi, good as always!
Thank you very much.. i was searching for this type of video so long ❤️❤️❤️
The Fritz-Ulvestad is a surprisingly interesting line in the Two Knights Italian for Black. White is objectively better and just up a pawn but needs to know around 18-19 moves of theory in the mainline and there are numerous tricky variations and traps that even some computers don't see until you increase their depth.
A 10 minute video on each one of these would be nice!
Plus, I'd like to mention that I think your videos are very good Levy, I always watch them through to the end and also more so than the other vast amount of stuff that is out there on youtube as I find that I absorb and retain more information from you for some reason dude...and I want to know more but I find that the more I learn about different things, the more different things there is to know about the different things and the more different things there is to know about🤯 but thanks for sharing your knowledge with us Levy. Much appreciated and enjoyed.
Thanks for another great video! Watched till the end
That new camera is so smooth !!
Please do a gambit tier list stream with Hikaru and Eric rosen, that would be one of the best streams, make the rating like 1400 maybe, bc of course most gambits are bad at the gm level, but at around 1400-1600 not too many people know theory
You are the man. Thank you for all you do. Free lessons and just helping us at the bottom. Thanks for not being a snob. Keep it up man. Thanks

thanks! this helped me so much. nice video.
Good way to go up in rating points is learning how to refute gambits. I went to 2000 to 2200 from doing this. (I'm back at 2000 from insanely blinding tilt) I love playing against the d4 d5 exd5 Nf6 d4 Bg4 gambit! f3 g4 and take the win
can the sicilian dragon count as my favorite animal??
This was great! Thanks Levy
Kitten. These videos are fantastic. Your twitch is fun too.
Hello Levy! I just wanted to thank you for your content. I was a 550 starting to play chess when I found your channel. Now I'm at 1226. I don't learn well from these instructional videos (although I do watch them). I much prefer you playing in the field, as at my low rating I find it much more useful to see how you respond to moves which are not...ideal.
Please do a Damiano Gambit... or even the different types of Damiano variations. Pretty much my favourite lines ever. They don't occur too often but if they do you are pretty much guaranteed one hell of an advantage! EDIT: My favourite animal is not a donkey... but the mighty wolf! I wish there was a Wolf Opening or Gambit :D

Brilliant!. As a "beginner", knowing no opening gambits (other than take the centre as soon and best as possible), this smorgas-bord saves me time wasting months learning the boring openings, that I wouldnt otherwise want to choose. It inspires me to learn more! You are the master! Thanks. It was riveting, all the way through (Donkey). Schaun.
honestly your chess teaching videos are super great. if you will teach like this good continuously on your channel, then your channel will grow a lot more faster and bigger. so please make a lot of videos on chess tips and teach us more on some topics like openings, strategic chess and other topics. pls they are very helpful.

Thank you for videos like this.
