Love your videos! Maybe you can answer this question for me, I bought a 2012 FJ and I want to put new tires/wheels without a lift. Would 275/70/17 KO2 tires with 17-8.5 with 0 offset wheels rub?

Great content….but what about 3rd brake light options ? I’ve been scouring the net for options that include a cameras. So far, I’ve only found Freedom Outfrittes

Great video! Is there a way to upgrade the lights in the compass gauges (gauge pod)? Mine are very dim.

I’m sure there might be, but it would likely require disassembly of the unit and soldering new LEDs in or something like that since I don’t think there are bulbs you can simply replace

I like the roof rack lights that give a 360 illuminated view. However will they be damaged going through the car wash? Also will there be a height problem going into underground parking? Thanks, great accessories. I have a 2013 FJ.👍

Yep the more stuff you throw in the FJ the more likely you are to have something catch and get damaged not only in automatic car washes but also from tree branches off-road.

Do you have a vid on your door lights install? I’ve been overthinking that puzzle for way too long now. Where did you tap into the circuit to get them to turn on when the door opens?

Hey Fjx. How much whp do you think the 1gr-fe can reliably handle? Do you think it's a good engine to build for hp or should it be swapped?

Not many people to much more than add superchargers, but I think you can get 300+ HP reliably. But it sounds like 400+ HP may be stretching things

I grew up with the Land Cruisers in the 70's in the Philippines crossing rivers, navigating muddy unpaved roads, and unpaved highways. It was a 3-speed manual 4x4 and was truly a beast for what it is used for. So it was hard to pass up when Toyota introduced it in 2006. But we purchased ours in 2007 here in California and continue driving it up to the present with roughly 120,000 miles on it. Never encountered any major issues with it as I zealously follow its maintenance programs. I think the key is adapting to the limitations and strength of your FJ will really allow you to enjoy your FJ Cruiser it to the hilt.
