aha first one who ever talked about working a rod from the sitting position great review thanks for sharing i also do most of my fishing from the sitting position and find you also need a rod that has a shorter handle if you have to manipulate the rod a lot.i use a old shimano vrod for my spooks 6-6 med. mod fast .

Which model did you get, the 7'1" or the 7'4" ? How do you like it?

One major missing detail...will that taper work best with copoly/mono or braid+leader? My absolute favorite moving treble hook rod is the Evergreen Heracles EG Swimmer 7'2" MH...topwaters down to 1/4 oz, sweet spot of 3/8-3/4 oz and braid + leader.

I’ve used it with both but I generally use braid to leader. No complaints either way

Hey! Just wanted to get you input on a good Chatterbait/Bladed Jig rod? In the $200 price range give or take?

I use a Daiwa Tatula 7’2 MH glass rod for chatterbaits myself. Evergreen makes a killer looking MH bladed jig rod too 🔥

@@averageontarioanglers ok great thanks so much. I was looking at the Evergreen 7’3” H Glass but I’ve heard it’s heavy and very tip heavy as well. Do you know if that’s the same for the 7’ MH your talking about. Thanks

We not fishing for muskies I rock nothing but smaller rods except for cranks swimbait But rock braid swap leaders bam like 14 lb braid is equal to like 6 lb diameter crank bigger 1s throw monopoly r palmer like frog keep it straight braid theres plenty power its smaller handles that r the biggest issue getting torque
