ingredients
150 ml hot water
Warm milk 150 ml
Sugar 30 g
dry yeast 8 g
Vegetable oil 80 ml
Wheat flour 450-500 g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Mix melted butter 80 g + vegetable oil 80 g
Mix egg yolk + 2 spoons of milk
Apply on the dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
