Great to see a bass demo. But , left out some of the most important bass effects. Octave Down, filter effects and would be very interested in hearing Hot Sawz on bass. Part 2 maybe??

Nice! This is the type of demo I want to see! It's awesome that one of the main engineers is a bassist who is also willing to do a youtube video. I bet he has hundreds of creative patches. I hope to see a whole series with him.

How do i get the bass factory preset list? The link just leads to the H90 control page, i dont see any mention of the bass preset download.

Hey there! All presets shown in this video are factory presets available in the H90 Control software!

I do have one question. I love the idea of running bass through it. I'm building a guitar first, bass second board with an H90. HOWEVER, is there a more feasible way of changing the source instrument? Because the way I understand it, I have to go all the way to global settings and switch my source instrument. That's kinda OK, but it would be nice to be able to do this more easily. Maybe even be able to map it with MIDI. Not to mention, if I have programs and presets set for guitar, and some for bass, how to I deal with them when I change the source instrument?

Ah good point. There currently is not. I will say that Source really only affects the monophonic pitchshifter algorithms (Diatonic, Quadravox, etc.), allowing them to track notes below B1 (or something). Guitar mode probably just tracks a little faster, but it's subtle. I bet you could just leave it in Bass for both now. I'll give a think as to what feature request this actually looks like. Note, this doesn't affect Polyphony. I've mostly switched to using that algorithm especially for octave effects b/c it always just works.

​@@Rwedelich Thanks for that. I mean, I suppose it's only a minor inconvenience having to manually switch between guitar and bass mode assuming you're not trying to do both within the same session. If one can have a bass algorithm user list and a separate guitar user list, I suppose that manually changing the source instrument globally isn't really going to mess anything up. Right? I'll be using a MIDI controller so my plan is to have bass banks/patche on there.

@@EventideAudio Nope, preset #4 in the video is Bass Talk, but it's Wide & Clean in the factory presets. Unclear...(I have the latest versions and input set as Bass)
