In my opinion, considering it is a multi, all musclegroups addressing sport, wich also includes training your condition. And cos of the combination of different sports, it does not get dull😉👍. But that is my mening!

🤗if we were to pretend to to be in a paralel universe and all the athletes were obese such an idea would not be! I rather believe and have seen all the work and dedication it takes to 'sculpt' such a fysiek. dedication and my inspiration, motivation, hard work! Respect for their commitment. And to all better health in general.

Unfortunately none of these young people know what will happen to their bodies in 10, 30 years time after such abuse. Look at the old Bodybuilding chaps of the 80s all with health problems.
