    Dal puri is one of our favorite snacks. To get a fluffy texture, cook it over high heat, but this may result in less crispiness. For a crispy texture, cook it at medium heat until golden brown. Some people face the issue of the dal coming out while rolling it into a disk. To avoid this, it is recommended to be extra careful while rolling the dough balls. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes after incorporating the lentil filling and keep flipping it until you reach your desired size. I hope these tips help you to create the perfect dal puri.     Hey we dont use masoor dal or red lentils for puri in Bangladesh, we use khesari dal or grass peas

    Too much daal for this amount of dough, i used half cup and still there was a lot left over. Use 1/4 cup
