Well that's not what made most people aware of WMMA. Without the participation of the UFC it would be nowhere, and Ronda was the one who changed Dana's vow to never have women in the UFC. Still, got to give Carano her props.

Great interview. Fascinating backstory.

She’s so awesome, so nice and down to earth but will kick ass.

I think Joanna would've won the fight if she would've inflicted more damage on Zhang Weili. It was a very close fight. However, I've become a new fan of Zhang Weili. I don't usually follow mma. I just found Zhang Weili this week. Since then, I've looked at many of her training videos. She's a true champion.

Refet Jonuzi Yes Zhang is super nice looking. She looks younger than her years. Joanna has aged a lot in the past 3 years. Joanna should retire before brain hurts.

the crying was after she got the win, so has nothing to do with influencing the judges, the judges only was influenced by the blown out head injury of Joanna Wahahahah XD

It was a close fight but just compare heads, fucked up her forehead massively to make her megamind and then turned her nose sideways and in XD, Zhang only got some swelling under 1 eye. Zhang was the only one with take downs as well

I admit it was a close fight, a real beat down from both fighters. However, to unseat a champ, you have to be convincing. Joanna was not convincing. Weili did more than just striking. She attempted a few take downs and got Joanna down. All Joanna did was striking, not good enough. And did you see Joanna's face afterwards, from ugly to uglier, lol.
