Make sure to filter kitchen sink water and shower, the best option is use Crystal Quest brand to filter the whole house. Even if you have the whole house water filter, i take extra step to filter kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower. Here in America it's about Fluoride in the water and other 100+ contaminate unknown. No worries Donald Trump president will drain the swamp and bring those responsible to justice. Before that time comes take care of your team and Zang Weili make sure to eat Non-GMO and Organic. Zhang is a really likeable and humble person. She deserves everything good in life!

Zhang Weili is one of my favorite fighters. I expect she'll bounce back from this loss and be even stronger than she was previously. I appreciate how composed she is in and out of the octagon. Truly an amazing person. Best of luck Zhang!

Google hsk 1 vocabulary start from there. Mandarin corner on KZread got a playlist of hsk 1 vocabulary. She says it then gives definition then a sentence using it. Then work your way up. Also there's alot of apps for lear5. I'm on hsk 4 ....... Although my writing and reading is way better then my speaking. So I just watch alot of tv shows and movies. Good luck 加油
