Damn straight! The essence of Amy's being resonates through this song. I love her spirit and the honesty of her vibrations. Only beings with a truly epic appreciation for music can transmit their soul force within sound like she does.

I bought this cd when it first came out and this is one of my favorites. I haven’t listened to it in awhile. Always loved her voice going along with that guitar

Sweet Sacrifice talks about those who fall victims and consequently suffer.. much love for this song.

I wouldn't say ALL mainstream pop and rap are talentless to be honest... It is possible for rock to be mainstream as well, mind you, and not every single mainstream artist is pop or rap, to simplify the genre . There's some pop acts that I honestly think send some rock bands running for their money. That's just my personal opinion and I will probably get a lot of hate for this but oh well.

Yes!! I used to listen to Evanescence all the time during my junior year of high school when my depression was really bad. After that I spent like a year and a half avoiding them because they were so heavily associated with that time. Now I'm a college sophomore and I'm finally able to listen to Evanescence without being reminded so much of my depression. Now they make me feel happy and powerful instead of broken and wanting to die.

Clearly this isn't one happy little pop band. This is a excellent band however you tend to grow tired of the same old redundant tempo and beat of the music. The only thing that sets them apart from bands of this genre is the incredible voice and style of the incomparable Amy Lee!!! She's second to none!!!

Valamari Nighten is the dark queen of the universe and she tricks people into thinking that everyone wants to kill them. Corey Klenton was someone who he thought lost everyone close to him even though they were trying to free him. He finds out he was tricked by Valamari and she tells him that he was destined to kill her but she didn't want that so she wanted to kill him herself but the way she thought of it is that she was a sacrifice to free the universe but she wanted to burn it along with her.
