ffs it was already dangerous when he got to his corner, I thought the ref would not allow him to fight but he did. What were his team and refery thinking ? Like when the ref has let Lewis beat F Bruno's face for several seconds with terrific power punches while he didnt react at all, look at how Bruno is punch drunk now, I don't say it's only this fight but it sure was the worst beaten he ever had, ref should have stopped the massacre.

As far as the headbutts go.. Holyfield used the same strategy against much bigger fighters as well. If his opponent was taller then they didn't get "butted". He ALWAYS fought inside, moving forward, lowering his head and NEVER backing down. Watch all of his fights. If his opponents were same height or shorter his head would hit them in their head and face. If his opponents were taller, his head would hit them in their chest and shoulders. He wasn't trying to butt someone in the face. Watch his fights. He was using an old technique called bulldozing. Ask Emanuel Steward or Don Turner about it.
