from new york city - we admire hrant dink who was a husband, father, and man of courage and integrity killed by a boy with no purpose but hatred killing one like a coward does, from the back - the Prophet (pbuh) would condemn this!
You wont be forgotten Hrant May God rest your soul
As a Turk, I feel so sorry for Hrant Dink.
So far Turkey ( or Osman Empire) has proven to be violent country with violent past. During its existence it never produced any prominent individual or piece of work be it cultural, musical, literal or scientific. It is well known by beaches and architectural artifacts left by other cultures which have been ethnically cleansed. Sad and disgusting truth for either outsider or insider of Turkey
Turkey is a great country with a huge military but... 1. Is it part of geographical Europe ? No. 2.Does it speak a recognised European language ? No. 3.Does it share a historical & cultural history with Europe ? No. There used to be criteria for entering the EU...but there are no criteria anymore,...anyone is welcome. Vote in June's European elections for any Eu sceptical party prepared to listen to voters and re-instate a democracy "of the people,by the people and for the people" .
congratulations Turks and your glorious nation
