Yes, Butkereit got injured. I think it was the knee. They couldn't tell how bad it was, but it was too bad to keep fighting. Especially with the olympics coming up. Matic is pronounced differently. It's not a hard c at the end it's soft like tsh

Albarak beat Muki with that technique? At least from that angle it didn’t look like Muki’s shoulders touched the mat, have I missed a rule change?

It was still a technique, a counter. he rolled him on his back but over himself, not on the mat. imo it was a good call, it wouldn't make sense to dismiss it because he was in between the mat and Muki's back.
