Eureka Gulch, an ABANDONED ALPINE tramway adventure!
I can't believe this entire thing is up here and abandoned. Come with me and I head up Eureka Gulch trail near Silverton CO. We explore abandoned tramways, drained alpine lakes, all while enjoying the beautiful views this area has to offer.

@@CodeBrownProductions Hi, my name is Will, I live up near Denver. My dad was born in Silverton and raised in Eureka. His dad, my grandpa, was the mine/mill engineer up at the Sunnyside mine in the early 1900s. He was severely injured in a mining accident up at the Sunnyside, so they shipped him down on the Tramway, in one of the ore buckets, to Eureka, then drove him down to Silverton, where he died a few days later. Both he and my dad are buried at the hillside Cemetery just on the outskirts of Silverton. Just a little piece of info for you, hope you enjoy. ☺️

Part of me is always sad when they have all the cool stuff gated off and locked. I really miss the Colorado Rockies.
What book did you use for that area?
