To think AoT is nearly 90 minutes at this stage.

"Arcs that are left hanging." You said it all for this season. It was so hard to watch mainly because it was such a mess and it made me feel so bad, like, mentally. Season 1 was fun and gave hope for more but season 2 just strips it all.

Thanks for watching and yeah, season 2 was hard to watch because it’s a show I just wanna love so much. Yet so many of the writing decisions stop me from being able to stay invested. It’ll be years before we get to see these characters again on our screens.

Season 1 and the special episodes were great. S2 ignores everything that happened in those special episodes and first season.

Ngl, I laughed when Cal got arrested, specifically when Nate just stood there crying

Absolutely splendid videos Charles, I had a few good laughs watching both parts and that editing was fantastic (poor CJ), I should definitely watch Euphoria. I hope to see more awesome videos soon ❤

this is your, I feel you Charles, it hurts comment because I related a lot to rue in season one and then,,, season 2 happened. and there were still a lot of times I related to her but it sucks to see how much we were let down.

Thanks for commenting this. I borderline felt gaslit by this show into just being on board with how it took these characters in absurd directions and was just meant to accept it, I still however love with what they did with Lexi and maddie. Thanks for hearing me out.

@@DareToEntertain You weren't suppose to relate to her, you were suppose to relate to her friends and family. This was the part of the story where the show runners have carefully set things up so you relate to her and like her, then slap you in the face with a very realistic depiction of what drug addiction can do to someone you love.

I'm not saying I loved everything about this season, but I did really like Rue's arc. She's our narrator, but she's an unreliable narrator and this was a great reminder. The special episodes between season 1 and 2 especially emphasized that fact.

@@HayJ0J0 The specials to me were perfect in your exact wording. How she is an unreliable narrator. But I have had plently of friends go on similar paths as Rue. And it didnt feel real or grounded to me. It was cartoony. I havent done drugs myself but drugs are a huge problem were i grew up. And this depiction was insensitive and just in poor taste. You can relate to someone like Rue, a lot of people did for a season and 2 episodes. As soon as she is getting involved in drug deals gone wrong and minors getting stripped. I am out. That is not the show I signed up for.

Damn bro, this video is so well edited. I just wish it had come out like 2 months ago

Great video, mate! I can't believe how they managed to ruin a great show with an incredible atmosphere. They had a big budget, a great cast, big audience... and yet they wrote season 2 in a way that's worst than a wattpad fanfic by a 12 y/o

@@DareToEntertain yeah everyone says it’s really good, but Gotham by gaslight was advertised with a different artstyle if Batman looked how he did on the cover and not just Batman from the animated series in a new outfit It would be atleast watchable.
