I didn't know you were there!!! I live an hour south of Eugene and do the half every year. I watch all your rundisney videos to hype me up for my long runs and when I miss my rundisney races. Hope you loved Oregon! And congratulations!

I was out of breath just from watching this from a seated position. This level of fitness is beyond the average levels of even an extremely fit group of people (triathletes for example 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️
