Have seen these before and very good light, but for that price the harness (4 pin to 7 pin) should be included. Really well constructed instructional video as well. One last thing, the stop light doesn’t have any “bulbs” it has diodes. LED (Light Emitting Diode).

If power is available on the green wire feeding the # P92009-60 light bar, and the bar is properly grounded to clean, bare metal on the vehicle, then the light bar is defective and should be replaced. Putco covers the light bar with a 1 year warranty. We'll make the assumption that you're wanting to install the light bar on a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic as shown in the video. Also assuming that the truck already has a factory 7-way like most do, you won't need a converter as the signal is already converted. You can use # 118384 which plugs inline between the 7-way and the factory tow package connector as shown in the video we've linked. www.etrailer.com/tv-review-tekonsha-trailer-wiring-harness-118384.aspx
