I think the fish is tilapia. Very tasty 🐟. Shiro ( chickpea dish) and misir (lentil dish) are my favorite vegetarians. Yeah, that was a lot of food for one person 😆 but tasty enough to take home and eat again and again.

correction about the fasting you said they don't completely stop eating so the rule is if people can, they should fast all day till prayer(kidase) ends but if the person is wick and can't do that, he can just avoid meat and dairy and eat vegetable. but the whole month even after fasting all day meat and dairy not allowed.
