In these particular case studies, unlikely that minister will leave the discretion and decision making to the IAS: because 1) If IAS decides to put photo of Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi, then state BJP’s Education minister will be put in embarrassing position in front of Modi/Amit Shah! Minister would prefer not to take such a risk. So, minister will like to keep the decision making with himself, instead of returning the file with a remark that "IAS should take this decision." 2) increasing the wages of the prisoners. Finance Minister's first priority will always be how to get more money to farmers/small traders/poor people who constitute vote banks, and NOT prisoners- because they’re not vote bank/UNFCCC climate change commitment/GST compensation obligation under constitution etc. So finance minister will ask IAS for alternatives “what if the use this 850 crore as subsidy to farmers, instead of increasing the wages of prisoners?” Then ultimately the finance minister will decide what suits his/her political priorities. It is also one of the prime reasons why government companies are not as innovative as private sector companies, because always the minister will try to extract all the profit as dividend for running poverry-schemes, instead of investing in the business expansion and research development.

How increase in the reverse repo rate can help boosting economic growth?

Reverse repo rate is the rate which RBI pays to the banks on their deposits with the central banks. Generally, given the banking provisions Reverse repo rate is generally lower than repo rate( which RBI charges to the banks on account on taken loans) currently at 3.35% (I guess). Now if this reverse repo rate is lower,; 1. Banks will have to pay less interest on loans taken from RBI, this will allure them to take more money. Given, they now have more money to lend to the customers/ people at lower interest rates will allure money people to take low interest loans. This will add cash in the society thereby enlarging the consumption income/ disposable income. Now people have more money they will either buy more things thereby increasing the demand ( the demand will thereby intensify supply or we can say overall production) or they will save thereby increasing money available to invest.

Chalo ye sab to Court me huwa to punishment mila.. Lekin police walo ka Gunda Gardi jo road pe hota hai.. Uska punishment kabhi nahi milta hai..

HC canteen will be ideal location to indicate that person should eat samsosa/drink coca cola before entering the courtroom. so decorum can be maintained during actual hearing.

both exams ke attempts counted separately. if u tick CSE but don't tick forest exam in prelims application form then CSE attempt counted, IForestS attempt not counted.
