ETHICS AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY: The OT Code of Ethics' Principles and Related Terms and Theories.
Hello friends, welcome! Today's video is an overview of all the important principles that are part of the AOTA code of ethics and related ethical terms, and principles that are so important when discussing ethics. My goal in this video is to make memorizing the principles, terms, and theories easy so that you can remember them for the long haul. The occupational therapy profession and our clients relies on us being ethical practitioners and students so we all have a role to play in embodying these principles. Ethics is also likely going to continue being a main focus in this century as health needs, technology, and values continue to change.
