Sir at 14:20- such acts of govt servants falls under ccs conduct rules which require disciplinary action against the officer. I find it just to remove such officers because such acts taint the image of the department and I feel Honble HC order to reinstate the constable is not proper.

They deliberately postpone the recruitment so that they can announce just before the elections. So that parents and students can feel happy. In Tamil Nadu during NON-election year usually vacancies are in three digit, but when it is election year the vacancies are usually in 4-5 digits.

If it is an appointed representative (e.g. IAS/IPS) who has taken study leave from the department to pursue higher education abroad that is allowed as per the norms. Here the Sarpanch (elected representative) randomly dropped work and went for a five-year course in foreign college without permission from any authorities such as Panchayati Raj department= that is against the rules.

See, SOMETIMES(not all the time) the coaching vala tutors need to write 1% correction on your already perfect answer, because that's the rules and law of coaching company that's ordered on the tutors, ki bhaiya student k paper me Kuch to suggestions lik k lao. Sometimes, Mrunal sir's approach is not what is liked by UPSC, sometimes the Coaching's way is not liked by UPSC. There is no perfect way, as this is a subjective exam, and this is a theoretical situation. Try to take the middle path, and if possible, try to satisfy both the camps- the Rationale vala crowd and the buttering karne vala

Same thing can also be seen in the Chinkni-chupde phrases: “As IAS, if I’ve to choose between giving justice to this student who wants government subsidy for studying Indian history in foreign college, versus conservation of the departmental budget which may help in the future in more priority areas such as social justice / innovation / poverty removal / salary expenditure for additional recruitment of personnel to reduce the workload or upgrading the computer and machinery etc. then I’ll choose the latter rather than the former”. More importantly these practical aspects need to be kept in mind while answering in the interview. novice candidates do not foresee such consequences, and just presume that whatever the minister is demanding/suggesting, then as IAS, I am automatically supposed to oppose it. Because ministers are by default corrupt and idiot. And they end up giving very untactful and impracticable answers. Then the interview panellist foresees this candidate is not right material for officer job.
