Officer must use social media as a tool of delivering services to the citizens with a proper official handles not with the personal ID.We believe in post not on the person who temporarily seating on that post.Officer might change during problem solving process of that area but post never change.So I think government should ensure that public official should use official handles in social media. Covid 19 teach us a lot about our weaknesses and strengths in administration. And social media emerge as a effective tool of good governance.
