This Tutorial explains how to remove the stem crown in ETA G10.211 or G10.212 movements procedure is the same in both.
Tools Required:
Pin size of approximately 4mm

what if the stem if snappes in half while still in place, how can it be pulled out?
Hi! I have a a Tissot e662/762m. Can i use the Tissot quartz ETA G10.212 if I can't find the 211?

HI, If the original movement was the 211, yes you can use the 212. thx

If I am not mistaken this is the movement also on the Omega + Swatch moonwatch. I understand that this movement is unlikely to be reparable. Isn't that right?

New caliber G10.212 replaces caliber G10.211 on the Omega + Swatch moonwatch. The movement can be repaired if you try doing it by yourself, it involves cutting plastic tabs that holds the movement together, once repaired you will need to glue/ melt the the ends of the plastic tabs, you could just replace the movement as it is not so expensive and save the trouble of opening and repairing the movement .
