    Thank you for your video! Do you know if it´s possible to blend essential oils? If yes, would you still need a total of 8% essential oil? For example, if I want to blend ginger and vanilla essential oils, would I need something like 4% of each essential oil to reach the total 8%?

    So, I think I am the only person who just learned the difference between essential oils and regular fragrances. 😩 So I love lemongrass can that be an essential oil? I would love that. Yours came out so pretty and clean.

    Hello, I have tried making soy wax essential oil candles with and without blends many times. But I got a burn or ignition-like smell when I lit the candle rather than a fragrance that I blended. Even tired different essential oil brands. May I know what is causing that? That will be a huge help. Thank you.

    How do you get the EO to measure at .g for example 13.6g. I have the salter scale and it does not measure half grams

    Hey so if I’m making to fulfil orders I always use whole numbers (make enough where it’s not to decimal). As it was just for me I did an estimate for the .6g. I hope that helps! ❤️

    Hey Ada, apologies for the delay! So I usually add my oils in at 68 degC but this totally depends on your wax. The percentage depends on the oil, I test at 6%, 8% and 10% for each oil. Unfortunately lots of trial and error! 😅

    Can you help me here with my question: I made beef tallow candles the other day with an 8oz jar so I melted 1 cup or beef tallow and I added about 30 drops of essential oil I to the melted tallow. When it was ready to burn it smells like Nothing. Where did I go wrong and can you order some details for me?!

  • @IshaniParbhoo

    @IshaniParbhoo

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hey! I don’t have experience with tallow however as a rule of thumb, it’s usually the temperatures, the wax may be too hot so would suggest experimenting with the temperature you add the essential oil in. Hope that helps!

  • @IshaniParbhoo

    @IshaniParbhoo

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@Warefamily2024 ah it’s because drops are very inaccurate this measurement is not used in candle making very much. It’s always best to weigh out the oils because they are different densities. The amount of oil you put in will depend on the size of your candle. If you search how to calculate how much fragrance oil for candle making there are quite a lot of videos explaining the calculation.
