Most players in the portal are talented hence why they're able to transfer, but by what you're saying is coach Sanders isn't great at finding them talented ones... so how's he going to spot talented players to recruit, Joe burrow prime example no pun intended, dude Sat on osu bench for years, lsu needed a good qb and they knew what talent was go on he wins the hesimen and a national 🤔 . Everyone was bragging how he built such a great team and would be a force to be reckoned with after they beat a shell of itself tcu now all of a sudden when them true colors show its give him a few years so many excuses it ain't funny, also I got a feeling once his sons are gone he'll be not far behind had... also that loss to a 1-4 Stanford team up 29-0 at the half is 100% coaching errors run the ball stop trying to help your rich privileged son pad the stats....

They short generations on talking back ,,,, not showing respect,,, playing games on x-boxes or play stations.. Our generation' we was outside practicing basketball or football to get better.... When getting beat I couldn't stand it .., which made me stand out was defense .If I could get into whoever head and get them frustrated talking them out they element..I WON !Not only that if a player was talking back or we lost because by a simple mistake... I knew if I had to go in that locker room that whole team would be up my ass & plus that coach... That bus ride back no music no talking on the ride back... If we lost the game it Monday would be hell day ain't no missing that .. the coach would make it clear if you miss it you wouldn't play or dress 😢for the next game....he ran us through the whole school and in the Jim upstairs back outside around the track ...and if that didn't work and someone complained he ran us again but he would add bear craws and the coaches to let them know he didn't like to loose... Coach prime needs to come up with something.... Ain't no way in the hell that lost against Stanford.... Just for talking back I wouldn't dress next game & yes! Key money would get his chance.. he better not miss no workout,, film,, or team meetings... He needs to get these methods that the old school methods back to make them understand how it was and how it still should be raising they kids ... Coach prime take they cell phones,,, I pods ,, on they ride back... Every free time free om school would be in that film they ain't had hell week like did I didn't understand when I was young but understood when I got older

Bro his team is losing because of bad discipline and that’s on the coach. He has completely forgotten the run game, that’s on him too. He still relatively a young coach. He’ll learn from it and be fine. First year at the highest level and he doesn’t have a lot of talent on the roster yet. Deion has been warned for decades to not entreat certain spirits, especially the one that is associated with Jezebel. Deion can declare he does not cuss, or drink alcohol, but he cannot truthfully say he has not entreated that destructive spirit. He allowed it to be comfortable in the bigger plan. Listen, man this isn't about race. Y'all trying to make that way, it's not. There have been outstanding Black coaches, be it Willie Jeffries, Oliver Pough, and of course Eddie Robinson. What it is about is Deion's lust for flash, celebrity, and bling. Deion has always had those two sides: he is a competitor, a winner, a love for God, etc. He also has a side that loves flash, celebrity, hype, money, and marketing. It's the latter that rubs people the wrong way. Because it comes across as arrogance. And people love to see an arrogant man fail. I can't think of a White example, the closest I can think of is Steve Spurrier. And trust me, when Spurrier failed in both college and the NFL, everyone rejoiced. They loved seeing Spurrier get his. So my advice to Deion is simply this: you say you love the process, show it. Tell Lily Wayne and Snoop and the rest of Hollywood to stay home. Ditch the bling. Choose focus over hype. Build an us vs the world mentality. Close down the media buzz. After all, the media loves to build up just so they can tear down. So lock those doors. You do know HBCU's get all of their money from the government. The same ppl who sponsor PWI's pay for HBCU's.
