ESH-09a AS THE WORLD GROWS DARKER & SIN FLOODS THE WORLD-HOW DOES JESUS DEAL WITH SINNING BELIEVERS?

Do troubles and trials push you toward God - or away?
Today, look back over your week. How is your spiritual health? Has it been a week with any trials, troubles, and struggles? Did pressures increase at work, at home, in your health, or finances? And then what happens inside of you? Did you cry out to the Lord, fall upon His grace, turn from any wicked way? Or did you seethe in anger, wallow in self-pity, or worst of all harden your heart to spiritual things?
The test of pruning (which is affirmative) and chastening (which is disciplinary) is in our response.
That is one of the simplest ways to test what is going on in your life.
Pruning always draws us closer, chastening initially can push us away.
TEST #1: When troubles came this week, did you remain joyful, did you read God's Word with hunger, and talked to Him often in prayer? A fruitful believer that is experiencing the nearness of their Heavenly Father pruning rises to God’s challenge. We move toward the Lord.
TEST #2: Or when troubles came this week, did joylessness fill your heart, mind, and life? Did your relationship with the Lord, seem blighted by sadness or lethargy? Did the Word of God seem unimportant, boring, and dull? We often initially move away or grow cold toward the Lord.
OUR FATHER WANTS THE BEST FOR US
With His heart full of love and mercy, OUR Father the Vinedresser is trying to bring into our lives this morning, the greatest possible blessing. Listen to these words from a paragraph entitled “Obedience” from Chastening, a booklet by James H. McConkey. God comes to us in the positive discipline of pruning, or in the negative discipline of chastening. How does He do that?
It may be through the suffering of your seeing carefully made plans replaced by keen disappointment.
It may be through the suffering of bereavements that tear from your presence - precious loved ones.
It may be through the suffering of temporal losses and broken fortunes.
It may be through the suffering that stalks into your life through the willfulness and sin of others.
It may be through the suffering that sometimes seems to bring you to the brink of broken faith and a broken heart.
It may be that out of your very agony of heart and soul the eternal God of love and mercy is seeking to bring into your life the greatest blessing that can enrich and glorify that life - the blessing of your human will be yielded to the will of God.
And to be yielded to the will of God means more than silver and gold, more than gratified desires and ambitions, more than the pleasures of friendship, more than all the praises of men, more than all the prizes of fame, and more than the attainment of all your highest earthly aims and strivings. This is the richest and deepest of all blessings - to be swallowed up in the will of God.

Man, I absolutely love John’s teachings. I learn so much. It’s incredible because as I go through my journey as a Christian, John’s teachings coincide with what I’m going through at that giving moment. I’m really beginning to understand what it means to “take joy in your trials”. God has been pruning and chastening me and it’s amazing to know that it’s for good! That part where John talks about either you can’t wait to jump into the Word or where the Bible feels like a lead weight is so true. I’ve been on both sides of the aisle regarding this. When I’m seeking the Lord and read my Bible, I have an internal peace and joy that can Not be achieved in another way other then seeking God. When I get distracted by the world, the coldness sets in and I’m almost afraid to pick up my Bible. I absolutely loved this lesson. Praise God!

Once you have the truth and believe any further sin or habitual sin in your life will be dealt with thru pruning and chastisement. I also know that if your habitual sin continues unabated then God will allow your body to become sick just like what Is said in this video. I am currently dealing with this at this point in my life and all I can do is cry out in humility to God to come and deliver me from my sin! 🙏

As a person who has an orchard of fruit and nut trees I can totally relate to the subject of pruning. I would like you to do a study on the 'staff and rod' used on sheep. I find great comfort when God uses his rod and staff to keep me on the narrow path as He leads me to the best fields. It has become of a part of many prayers that I ask Him to keep me in line.

Salvation can’t be lost, it’s eternal life. Do you know what eternal means? Once you are reborn you get the gift of eternal life, so already you have that. It’s not possible to get it taken away from you. That’s why Jesus said “they are my sheep and no one can pluck them out of my hand“ John was saying God chastens those he loves and if you’re not doing things you should then he will make you sick and weak etc. you’re one of the chosen ones if you’re saved and born again you become a new creature and you will hate sin as much as God hates it. You will feel it when you do it more than before because the spirit lives in you and hates it. All people have a conscience but it gets so much stronger and functions better with God when you are saved. That is how you will know when you’re saved. Also, I can’t stand hearing God’s or Jesus’s name used in vain anymore, it’s horrible, it’s painful to my ears 👂 that is how you know beyond doubt you’re saved. I’ve saved always saved. You can lose your rewards tho…

This video came at a perfect time to confirm what i just said to someone..Literally this morning saw a video of a guy saying we are saved eternity by grace.. which i agreed with that, but then he goes on to say, we have about 70 thoughts of sin a day,its impossible to sin, do you think we pray for every one, no cuz we are saved.. now there i disagreed with him. I said we should pray and repent daily to keep closeness with father in heaven.. and asked if people say they are saved but then robs a bank, commits adultery or murder then they should continue to do so cuz they are saved. And another to tell people not to pray i asked, so if someone is thinking and acting on so many sins daily, are they truly saved, and by him saying dont pray or repent is actually guaranteeing them not to be saved.. he ignores me ofcourse, while so many cheering him on like hes God of gospel. So sick of this world. Even christians rub me the wrong way. I correct them showing Gods word and even the Christians ignore the word of God.. FATHER PLEASE SEND JESUS TO GET US OUT OF HERE SOON, IM DONE!

Well actually Jesus doesn't deal with anything concerning sin. Because in the historical languages of Hebrew Greek and Latin the letter j did not exist at the time of the crucifixion therefore they could not be a Jesus hanging on the tree. Oh but according to our language wrong. Language is a sin from the Tower of Babel. So by the way where in the scriptures does it say a man born and sin shape it and wickedness has the authority to change the ordained name of salvation that was on the tree Yeshua. You honor Donald Trump around the world and all of these languages Michael Jackson Barack Obama they are a man around the world and languages but they never change his name nor is pronunciation but you decided you're going to change the name that was on the tree that offers salvation free and paint a picture and create a statue by the hands of a sinner and say this is the true son of Elohim. Don't think so. That's why he said when they asked him didn't we cast out demons in your name and do great work in your name he said I never knew you workers of wickedness because his name is Yeshua
