She touched her hair before touching the food!!!! The garlic was burned!!!! The salmon was BURNED!

No wonder nobody takes escoffier schools seriously anymore this was ridiculous. Someone standing on the table, no gloves on when touching cooked foods, and they just sat there complimenting themselves

I don't know what I hate more, the not-even-close-to-uniform garlic in the couscous or the camera man standing on the G-ddammed prep table. Seriously, what the hell is this?

Holy crap. I made this comment before the judges gave "high marks on safety and sanitation." Wow. Just wow.

Ending: the methods of Escoffier do not include burned garlic, burned bacon, or overcooked couscous jammed into a souffle dish and flipped onto a plate.

So unprofessional. No hand washing, long hair hanging everywhere, not in full uniform, camera man standing on the prep table. Jewelry on the cooks hands. The comments from the cooks are ridiculous. “Salmon is very salty” no it’s not.
