    Summed it up really well. It's incredibly easy to fall into a trap of pushing enjoyment to later because you feel you need to be "grinding" all the time, especially when you're working full time and/or have commitments that take up the bulk of your day. It can lead to a vicious cycle where, when you do take some time to enjoy yourself, either planned or spontaneously, you end up feeling guilty for it. Reducing the consumption of that content definitely helps, once you've got the gist of the basics. Much of the advice past that point might not even serve you as an individual, especially when they tell you what you _should_ want or _should_ be, and you know for a fact that those don't vibe with you.

    Exactly, I hate feeling guilty at the end of my day when I wasn't as "productive" as I wanted to be or I post a video and it doesn't do very well. Sometimes you just gotta say it is what it is and have fun with it
